Kejadian Penting Perusahaan

1999 •Awal Perseroan masuk ke Industri Kelapa Sawit dengan mengakuisisi PT Suryabumi Agrolanggeng; total luas area 9.000 Ha, TBM 4.000 Ha.

2003

•Mulai mengelola kebun secara penuh dibawah manajemen baru; melakukan rehabilitasi kebun dan reorganisasi dengan luas tertanam 4.000 Ha.

•Pembangunan Pabrik Kelapa Sawit dengan kapasitas 45 MT TBS/jam.

2005 •Akuisisi pertama, PT Bumimas Indo Sawit, induk perusahaan PT Pemdas Agro Citra Buana. 2006 •Akusisi PT Golden Blossom Sumatra.

2007 •Akuisisi PT Cahya Vidi Abadi. 2007 •Akuisisi PT Cahya Vidi Abadi. 2008

•IPO 30% kepemilikan atau 1,5 miliar lembar saham dengan harga Rp.225/lembar.

•Aset perkebunan sewaktu IPO: luas Area: 31 ribu Ha, tertanam: 16 ribu Ha, TM: 6 ribu Ha, PKS: 1 kapasitas produksi 45MT/jam.

2009 •Akusisi PT Palma Sejahtera.

•Peningkatan kapasitas PKS menjadi 90MT/jam.

2010 •Pembangunan PKS berkapasitas 45MT/jam di PT Golden Blossom Sumatra. 2011 •Peningkatan kepemilikan di Golden Blossom Sumatera menjadi 95%. 2012 •Dibentuk Gozco Standar Operasional Prosedur (GSOP).

2013 •Implementasi Gozco Standar Operasional Prosedur (GSOP). 2014

•Gozco Academy (GAC) mulai beropersional dan melaksanakan program pelatihan.

•Per akhir Desember 2014, Perseroan mencatatkan total luas area: 68 ribu Ha, Tertanam: 42 ribu Ha, TM: 32 ribu Ha PKS: 1 kapasitas 90 MT/Jam, 1 kapasitas 45 MT/Jam dan 1 lagi PKS 45 MT/Jam dalam tahap pembangunan.
