Undangan Kedutaan Besar Swedia tentang Indonesia - Sweden Infrastructure

Forum in Jakarta _v

Sehubungan dengan undangan dari Kedutaan Besar Swedia mengenai Indonesia

Sweden Infrastucture Forum in Jakarta, dengan ini disampaikan beberapa hal sebagai berikut:

1. Undangan Indonesia - Sweden Infrastucture Forum akan dilaksanakan pada hari Rabu, 6 Mei

2015 di Hotel Mandarin JI. M.H. Thamrin Jakarta Pusat.

2. Undangan ini membicarakan mengenai bantuan yang akan diberikan oleh beberapa

perusahaan Swedia untuk Jakarta Smart City, dimana Kedutaan Besar Swedia yang menjadi media dengan Pemeritah Provinsi DKI Jakarta.

3. Acara dimulai pada pukul 08.30 - 15.30 WIB. Acara akan dihadiri oleh Sekretaris Kedutaan

Besar Swedia, Guru Besar ITB, Kementerian PU, Perusahaan-perusahaan dari Swedia, dan Jakarta Smart City.

4. Diskusi Panel akan dimulai pada pukul10.45 -11.15 WIB, diisi oleh:

a. Prof. Dr. Suhono Harso Supangkat, yang merupakan Guru besar ITS

b. Kementerian PU

c. Perusahaan dari Swedia:

• Kapsch TraficCom, perusahaan yang telah menginstal ERP di Sudirman Jakarta.

• Cate, perusahaan mesin parkir yang saat ini di uji coba di JI. Sabang Jakarta. • Axis Communication, perusahaan professionallP video surveillance.

d. Jakarta Smart City

5. Kedutaan Besar Swedia telah mengatur waktu kunjungan Perusahaan-perusahaan Swedia ke

Smart City pada puku113.30 -15.00 WIB, dan akan memaparkan program kerjasama dengan Pemerintah Provinsi DKI Jakarta.

6. Kedutaan besar Swedia menawarkan rapat pendahuluan satu minggu sebelum acara

berlangsung.

7. Kedutaan Besar Swedia akan mengundang Bpk. Ii Karunia, M.Si selaku Kepala Dinas

Komunikasi, Informatika dan Kehumasan DKI Jakarta, pad a acara VIP Reception at the

Swedish Residence, diselenggarakan oleh H.E Ambassador Johanna Brismar Skoog, JI. Sriwijaya Raya 11-A Kebayoran Baru Jakarta Selatan, hari Rabu, 6 Mei 2015 puku119.00 WIB.

8. Saran staff:

• Paparan yang rencananya akan dilaksanakan di ruang Jakarta Smart City sebaiknya

dilakukan bersamaan dengan Diskusi Panel yang berada di Hotel Mandarin/

• Rapat Pendahuluan akan diadakan pada hari Kamis, 30 April 2015 Puku113.00 WIB di ruang

rapat Blok B Lantai 3.

Dear Mr Ali,

As the Ambassador of Sweden to Indonesia, I am pleased to see the relationship between Indonesia and Sweden has been developing and strengthening significantly in recent years, especially with the Jakarta Capital City Government. In transforming Jakarta into a smart, sustainable and livable city, I have seen a strong commitment from your Government to transform Jakarta into a smart, sustainable and livable city. Your contribution to this as the Head of Technical Unit of Jakarta Smart City cannot be exaggerated.

I am wrItmg to you to highlight the upcoming Indonesia-Sweden Infrastructure Forum that will be held in Jakarta, 6 May 2015. Please see the draft programme attached. In this opportunity, two experts within the field of infrastructure will come from Sweden to share their extensive knowledge and experience:

• Mr Andreas Gyllenhammar from Sweco will speak about how urban infrastructure projects can be more effective and greener through optimizing the use of ICT.

• Mr Matts-Ake Belin from the Swedish Transport Administration will speak about Vision Zero - an initiative launched in Sweden in 1997 and since then the number of traffic fatalities in Sweden has been decreased. Mr Belin is one of the key architects of the initiative and currently supporting New York City and potentially selected cities in India to adopt Vision Zero. Please see the draft programme attached.

It would be a great honour for us to have you to be one of the panelists in the session about smart city to share with us your plan for Jakarta Smart City. Further if you would permit, it would be very much appreciated if you could receive my colleagues as well as several Swedish
