In order to make all operational activities of business, company and organization can be implemented well, it requires a guideline named standard operating procedure as an operational supporting document to ensure that every activities can be operated in a productive way, effective and systematic in order to satisfy their customer. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effectiveness of implementation standard operating procedures in PT. Canggih Presisi Industri. The company already has standard operating procedures as operational guidelines but in fact there are still complaints received from customers regarding the operational activities. Data collection method are collected through in depth interview with the head of product and planning control and questionnaires distributed to 85 employees. Data collected are analyzed using SPSS Software and AMOS.
Based on the result, it can be concluded that the current standard operating procedures in PT. Canggih Presisi Industri have been implemented effectively by employees, while the current standard operating procedure are efficient, standard, systematic but not consistent. The strong factors that cause the current implementation of standard operating procedure is efficient are specific, applicable, changeable, understandable,
Istaseptria Christiawan complete but not auditable and controllable. In purpose to increase the effectiveness of implementation standard operating procedures in PT. Canggih Presisi Industri, consistency, auditable and controllable are three most factors that company should more concern about.
