The purpose of this paper is to investigate the activities carried out by special
event CV.Megalia in launching and promotion of latest products from Yamaha, the
Ya maha Mio J on event "Sensation Matik Ya maha", and also to observe the activities
of planning, execution, evaluation by CV.Megalia to make the event.
The method used is descriptive approach, which is to obtain an overview of the
activity by using data collection techniques such as observation, interviews, and
library research.
Observations presented on latest product launches from Yamaha, the Yamaha
Mio J with the theme of "Sensation Matik Ya maha". General overview describes the
process of conceptualizing in a mature and observations to the public about the
activities that will be held, and then do the good planning the team to support these
activities, carried out in accordance with the plan of implementation of the already
mature, and some evaluations that exist after the events take place.
Based on this writing can be concluded that the activity of CV.Megalia on
Sensasi Matik Yamaha, that doing by CV.Megalia by taking a note of team working
process, consists of some deficiency such as not yet optimal of planning process and
not wel enoughl coordination in Actuating process.
Suggestion for CV.Megalia, by taking a note of Sensasi Matik Yamaha activity
implementation doing by CV.Megalia, is to pay more attention to team working
