STIPULATION OF THE AMOUNTS OF REFERENCE PRICES FOR THE CALCULATION OF RESOURCES ROYALTY PROVISION (PSDH) (Decree of the Minister of Industry and Trade No. 726/MPP/Kep/12/1999
dated December 31, 1999)
THE MINISTER INDUSTRY AND TRADE Considering:
1. That the validity period of the reference prices for the calculation of PSDH as stipulated in Decree of the Minister of Industry and Trade No.321/MPP/Kep/7/1999 has ended;
2. That with the issuance of Government Regulation No.74/1999 on the amendment to Government Regulation No. 59/1998 on the tariffs on the types of non-tax state’s revenues applicable to the Ministry of Forestry and Plantations, it is deemed necessary t stipulate a Decree of the Ministry of Industry and Trade on the stipulation of the amounts of the reference price for the calculation of PSDH for timber and rattan for the period between January 1 up to June 30, 2000.
In view of:
1. Government Regulation No. 1/1982 on the implementation of exports, imports and foreign exchange transactions;
2. Government Regulation No. 24/1985 on the amendment to Government Regulation No. 1/1992 on the implementation of exports, imports and foreign exchange transactions;
3. Government Regulation No. 51/1998 on PSDH;
4. Government Regulation No. 59/1998 on the tariffs on the types of non-tax state’s revenues applicable to the Ministry of Forestry and Plantations, which has been amended by Government Regulation No. 74/1999;
5. Presidential Decree No. 355/M/1999 on the establishment of the cabinet for the period of 1999-2004;
6. Decree of the Minister of Industry and Trade No. 317/MPP/Kep/12/1966 jo. No. 92/MPP/Kep/4/1994 on the organization and working system of the Ministry of Industry and Trade;
7. Decree of the Minister of Industry and Trade No. 558/MPP/Kep/12/1998 jo. No. 146/MPP/Kep/4/1999 on the general provision in the export sector.

THE DECREE OF THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY AND TRADE CONCERNING THE DETERMINATION OF THE AMOUNTS OF THE REFERENCE PRICES FOR THE CALCULATION OF PSDH.
Article 1
(1) PSDH is a levy imposed as a substitute for the intrinsic value of the yield collected from state’s forests;
(2) The amounts of reference prices determined for the calculation of PSDH will be based on the market price, which will constitute the weighted average selling price of forest products prevailing in the domestic and overseas markets.
Article 2
(1) The Amounts of reference prices for the calculation of PSDH in the case of timber and rattan are stipulated to be as set for in the attachment to this decree
(2) The reference prices as meant in this article will be valid as from the stipulated date up to June 30,2000.
Article 3 This decree will take affect as from the date of stipulation.
For public cognizance, this decree will be announced in the State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia.
