CONCLUSION AND SUGGESTION
CONCLUSION
From the previous chapters, the writer concluded as follows :
The procedure of Land Registration is divided into 3 (three) steps, they are : First, an Applicant must fulfill the requirements such as : application form,
statement form, identification letter, copy of identification card copy of land and tax property, leter D letter, quotation C letter, and letters connected with the land' Second, after all requirements have been fulfilled, they send them to the National Land Agency. Third, all of land right that have been kept are copied' Then, the land book copies and measure letter are kept one book'
SUGGESTION
Having learned the situation and condition of the land registrahon process at National LanC ;\gency in Semarang, the writer would s.uBSest lh1t,when people want to have a piece of land, it will be tretter if they get a brochure which explains about the procedure of land registration.
