ABSTRAK

Penelitian ini menghasilkan aplikasi virtual SCADA (V-SCADA) yang bertujuan memberikan gambaran visual prinsip kerja boiler di PLTU Cirebon. Aplikasi ini dikembangkan sebagai alat latih dasar bagi operator pemula di pembangkit-pembangkit listrik. Perangkat lunak SCADA yang digunakan adalah Wonderware In Touch versi 2007. Jumlah tagname yang digunakan sebanyak 68 buah. Hasil penelitian ini dapat memberikan gambaran secara jelas tentang prinsip-prinsip kontrol real time pada boiler PLTU Cirebon. Diharapkan hasil penelitian ini menjadi masukan penting bagi PLTU Cirebon yang selama ini belum menggunakan sistem SCADA untuk pengontrolan sistem operasi boiler .

ABSTRACT

This research resulted in the virtual application SCADA (V-SCADA) that aims to provide a visual overview of the working principle of the steam power plant

boiler in Cirebon. This application was developed as a basic trainer for the novice operator in power plants. SCADA software is used wonderware in touch version 2007. Total tagname used as many as 68 pieces. This research result can provide a clear picture of the priciples of real time control at the boiler of Cirebon steam power plant.We hope this research an important input for the Cirebon steam power plant which has not been used for a SCADA system controlling the operation of the boiler system.
