THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY AND TRADE, THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND THE MINISTER OF COOPERATIVES AND
SMALL-SCALE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Considering:
that within the framework of national economic reforms to ensure the
enhancement of domestic industrial efficiency and the smooth flow of goods, it is
deemed necessary to revoke the Joint Decree of the Minister of Trade and
Cooperatives, the Minister of industry and the Minister of Agriculture
No.236/Kpb/VII/82, No.341/M/SK/7/1982 and No.521/Kpts/Um/7/1982 on business
development for the promotion of domestic milk production, manufacturing and
marketing.
In view of :
1. The Constitution of 1945, Article 33;
2. Law No.7/1994 on the ratification of the Agreement Establishing The World
Trade Organisation (Statute Book of 1994 No.57, Supplement to Statute Book
No.3564);
3. Presidential Instruction No.4/1998 on the coordination of national milk
DECIDES:
To stipulate:
THE JOINT DECREE OF THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY AND TRADE,THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND THE MINISTER OF COOPERATIVES AND SMALL-SCALE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT CONCERNING REVOCATION OF THE JOINT DECREE OF THE MINISTER OF TRADE AND COOPERATIVES, THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY AND THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE NO.236/Kpb/VII/82, NO.341/M/SK/7/1982 AND NO.521/Kpts/Um/7/1982 ON BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT FOR THE PROMOTION OF DOMESTIC MILK PRODUCTION, MANUFACTURING AND MARKETING.
Article 1
To revoke the Joint Decree of the Minister of Trade and Cooperatives, the
Minister of Industry and the Minister of Agriculture No.236/Kpb/VII/82,
No.341/M/SK/7/1982 and No.521/Kpts/Um/7/1982 on business development for the
promotion of domestic milk production, manufacturing and marketing.
Article 2
This decree shall come into force as from February 2, 1998.
For public cognizance, this decree shall be announced by publishing it in the State
Stipulated in Jakarta On January 22, 1998
