Syllabus update: Cambridge International AS Level French Language (8682)

for examination in 2019

We have updated this syllabus. The latest syllabus is version 2, published in March 2017.

What has changed? Detail

Changes to syllabus Topic 4 in the Component 3 (Essay) topic list in section 4.3 of the Syllabus was changed from ‘World peace’ to ‘War and peace’ to match the full list of topics given in section 3.

Set texts for Component 4, section 4.5.2 set texts for French: asterisks have been added to Section 1 texts 1, 2 and 3 and Section 2 texts 5, 6 and 8 to inform that these texts will be examined again in 2020.

We have not updated the specimen materials for this syllabus.
