PENGARUH IKLIM SEKOLAH TERHADAP KINERJA GURU
AKUNTANSI DI SMK SE-KOTA CIMAHI

ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran iklim sekolah
dan kinerja guru akuntansi di SMK se-kota Cimahi serta hubungan antara
iklim sekolah dengan kinerja guru di SMK se-kota Cimahi. Penelitian ini
dilaksanakan dengan metode
explanatory survey, data diperoleh dari
menyebarkan angket kepada responden yaitu seluruh guru Akuntansi SMK
jurusan Akuntansi se-kota Cimahi sebanyak 31 orang. Teknik pengumpulan
data dengan angket (kuesioner). Instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket
model Skala Numerikal (
Numerical Scale). Teknik analisis data yang
digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis korelasi. Hasil pengukuran
secara keseluruhan menunjukan gambaran tentang iklim sekolah dengan
persentase 58,06%, berada pada kategori sedang dan kinerja guru akuntansi
dengan presentase 41,94% berada pada kategori sedang. Hasil pengujian
statistika dengan menggunakan korelasi
pearson product moment,pada taraf
signifikansi 0,05 diperoleh koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,6477. Uji hipotesis
penelitian dengan menggunakan uji-t pada taraf kepercayaan 0,05 dan
derajat kebebasan 29 diperoleh thitung
4,578 > 2,045 ttabel. Disimpulkan,
bahwa iklim sekolah berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja guru akuntansi.

ABSTRACT
This study aims to representation about school climate on the performance accounting teachers at a in vocational schools majoring accountancy in Cimahi and the relationship between school climate with performance accounting teachers at a in vocational schools majoring accountancy in Cimahi. This research was conducted with explanatory survey method, the data obtained by distributing questionnaires to the respondents that is populations of the research are 31 Accountancy teachers at a in vocational schools majoring accounta ncy in Cimahi. Data collection techniques used questionnaire. The instrument used is questionnaire numerical scale model. Then, data analysis technique used in the research is simple linear correlationtest. The measurement results show the overall school climate with a presentase of 58,06% in the medium category and performance accounting teachers with presentase of 41,94% in the medium category. Results of statistical testing using the Pearson Product Moment, at the 0.05 significance level show correlation coefficient 0,6477. Test research hypotheses using t-test at the level of 0.05 and 29 degrees of freedom obtained tcount 4,578 > 2.045 ttabel. It is concluded that is a school climate has positive influence towards the performance accounting teachers.
