Adalah cara untuk mengukur jumlah waktu (keterlibatan) karyawan di perusahaan. Nilai FTE 1.0 berarti karyawan yang bersangkutan adalah pegawai tetap, sementara untuk FTE 0.5 berarti karyawan adalah hanya bekerja paruh waktu.!
