• National GHG Inventory: Estimation of GHG Emission and Removal from all sectors have been completed and being reviewed by international experts and related sectors.
• Mitigation Analysis: Analysis of mitigation nearly completed and will be submitted to related sector for review by the end of September

Barriers
• For increasing the certainty of the inventory, needs
further support for improving activity data and
emission factors, particularly for LULUCF sector

Barriers
• There is no comprehensive assessment so far conducted by sectors related to the constraint, gaps and related financial and capacity needs to achieve the objective of the
convention. Many of policies and program being developed are not intended for addressing climate change
