ABSTRAK
Dalam pelayanan jasa perbankan kepuasan nasabah merupakan hal yang utama. Bank swasta harus memfokuskan perhatian kepada nasabah karena dengan berfokus kepada kualitas jasa pelayanan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan nasabah, maka nasabah akan menjadi loyal terhadap produk dan layanan jasa perbankan.
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan kualitas jasa pelayanan terhadap kepuasan nasabah, dan sudah sejauh mana kualitas jasa pelayanan yang dirasakan oleh nasabah, dan faktor – faktor kualitas jasa pelayanan apa yang membuat kepuasan nasabah itu terbentuk.
Secara ringkas penelitian ini menggunakan model konsep kualitas pelayanan dari dimensi SERVQUAL, dan metodologi kualitas pelayanan dari aspek Teknis dan Fungsional terhadap industri perbankan swasta untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan nasabah..
Teknik pengumpulan data diperoleh dari responden yang merupakan nasabah Bank “X”cabang “X”Bandung. dengan menyebarkan kuesioner.
Hasil analisa menunjukan adanya Kepuasan nasabah dalam dimensi biaya dipengaruhi variabel :Reliabel ,Responsiveness,Technical Quality.
Kepuasan nasabah dalam dimensi keterikatan emosional dipengaruhi variabel:Reliabel ,Assurance.
Kepuasan nasabah dalam dimensi Kepuasan pelayanan perbankan dipengaruhi variabel :Tangible ,Emphaty ,Technical Quality.
Kepuasan nasabah dalam dimensi kepuasan produk perbankan dipengaruhi variabel :Reliabel ,Responsiveness.
Kepuasan nasabah dalam dimensi kepuasan Fungsional perbankan dipengaruhi variabel :Functional Quality ,Responsiveness.

3.7. Uji Validitas
Pengujian validitas yang dilakukan dalam tahap ini adalah pengujian validitas isi dengan menggunakan rumus korelasi Pearson Product Moment atau dengan bantuan software SPSS. Yang dilihat dalam menghitung validitas isi dengan bantuan program SPSS adalah Corrected Item Total Correlation. Hasil perhitungan validitas dengan menggunakan software SPSS adalah sbb :

Pernyataan dianggap valid apabila r > r kritik. Parameter yang digunakan dalam perhitungan ada dua buah yaitu nilai rata-rata dan standar deviasi, maka derajat kebebasan dalam pengolahan data awal adalah :
v = n – 2
dimana : v = derajat kebebasan
n = jumlah sampel yang diambil maka didapatkan v = 40 – 2 = 38
Berdasarkan tabel angka kritik nilai r dengan taraf kepercayaan 5 % dan derajat kebebasan 38 maka didapatkan nilai kritik sebesar 0,320. Dari tabel didapatkan bahwa semua nilai Corrected Item Total Correlation berada diatas 0,320 .
3.7.2. Uji Reliabilitas
Pengujian reliabilitas ditujukan untuk mengukur kekonsistenan alat ukur. Alat ukur yang reliabel berarti alat ukur tersebut apabila digunakan beberapa kali dalam waktu yang berbeda menghasilkan data yang sama. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengukur reliabilitas kuesioner adalah dengan bantuan program software SPSS yaitu Alpha Cronbach’s.
