Dewi Rachmi Syaban, 210103100019, 2013. Laporan Tugas Akhir ini berjudul, Penulisan Naskah Berita pada Program “Fokus Sore” TV Indosiar. Pembimbing Sahat Sahala Tua Saragih. Pendidikan Ahli Komunikasi Terapan (PAKT), Program
Diploma III, Subprogram Studi Penyiaran, Fakultas Ilmu Komunikasi, Universitas
Padjadjaran, Jatinangor.
Tujuan penyusunan Laporan Tugas Akhir ini adalah untuk mengetahui teknik dan proses penulisan naskah berita pada program “Fokus Sore” TV Indosiar Jakarta, hambatan dalam proses penulisan naskah, dan kriteria naskah layak tayang.
Metode yang digunakan pada penyusunan Laporan Tugas Akhir ini adalah
metode deskriptif, yaitu metode memaparkan situasi atau peristiwa yang saat penulis
melakukan praktek kerja lapangan dengan teknik pengumpulan data observasi,
wawancara, dan studi pustaka
Hasil Laporan Tugas Akhir ini menunjukkan bahwa dalam teknik penulisan naskah berita pada program “Fokus Sore” TV Indosiar menggunakan beberapa prinsip dalam menulis naskah sesuai dengan format berita yang ditentukan. Dalam
proses penulisan naskah, wartawan dan kamerawan berkerja sama untuk meliput
peristiwa. Dalam pelaksanaannya, proses penulisan naskah mengalami beberapa
kendala secara teknis maupun nonteknis. Sementara itu, kriteria naskah layak tayang pada program “Fokus Sore” TV Indosiar adalah naskah yang memiliki kualitas berita.
Simpulan dalam observasi ini adalah masih ditemukan banyak kekurangan
dan ketidaksesuaian antara teori dan praktik dalam penulisan naskah berita pada program “Fokus Sore” TV Indosiar. Wartawan Indosiar menulis naskah sesuai dengan format dan prinsip yang ada. Wartawan dituntut bergerak cepat dan cermat

teknis maupun nonteknis dalam bertugas. Berita yang diliput wartawan Indosiar harus memiliki kualitas berita.

The purpose of this composing final task report are to know about the
technique and process of news script writing on “Fokus Sore” program Indosiar TV
Jakarta, obstacles in the process of script writing, and also to know the criteria of the script that proper to present.
The method that used in this composing final task report is descriptive method, which explains the situation or the incident when the writer did the job training, with data collecting technique such as observation, interviews, and literature reviews.
The result of this composing of final task report shows that the technique of
news script writing on “Fokus Sore” program Indosiar TV used the princip of script
writing that suit with news format that determine. The process of script writing, reporter and cameraman working together as team for cover an event. As the implementation, the process of script writing faced some problems according the technical or not. A while, the criteria of the script that proper to present is script that have news quality.
The conclusion of this observation are still found many less and inappropriate
between theory and practice on news script writing on program “Fokus Sore”
Indosiar TV. Indosiar’s reporter writing the script inappropriate with the format and the princip that determine. Indosiar’s reporter must have the fast move and detail
