LETTER OF RECOMMENDATION
To whom it may concern
I have great pleasure in recommending Miss. …… in her attempt to apply for the Inter-cultural Learning and Friendship Program #3 (ILFRIP). I have been acquainted with her for the past three and a half years as a student of undergraduate studies under the English Education Department in our university in my capacity as her lecturer and academic advisor.
I have handled Introduction to English for Children, Writing 3, and Translation 1 in her undergraduate studies. She has consistently performed well and has a relatively good understanding of the fundamentals in these subjects. As her academic advisor I have observed and monitored her at close quarters. She is a person with positive attitude towards life, open minded, sociable and enjoys her work. Her remarkable strength is her passion in improving her capacity as future English teacher in Indonesia. She is an articulate young woman who can express herself very well both in formal teaching contexts and in informal discussions. In these years of acquaintance I have found her ideas to be innovative and creative. This was demonstrated by the work she did on her final class project under my guidance.
She is interested in advancing her international experience by applying for the ILFRIP program. I find her to be a dedicated and industrious student and I am confident that she will excel inherself in any duty given during the program. I believe IFRIP will become a fruitful experience for her in advancing her future career as English teacher in Indonesia. Therefore, I strongly recommend her for the program.
