Ingredients
2 onion
Half whole garlic
4 tomato if small 3
1 and a half chilli
Less than full olive oil in small bowl
3 egg plant Method (cut the egg plant in half and then cut the
semi-half in three and then cut it horizontally).
1 and a half dawaydek 1 spoon of salt
2 spoon of tomato paste
Method:
1. Cut the 2onion
2. Cut the 1 and a half chilli 3. Cut the half whole garlic 4. Cut the 4 or 3 tomatoes 5. Cut the 3 egg plants
6. Put the half bowl of olive oil in the pan 7. Put the onion and garlic at the same time 8. Put the tomatoes after the onion is fried 9. Put the chilli in the pan
10. Stir it and pour water if it is dry and is about to burn 11. Put the egg plant
12. When the eggplant is fried you put the tomato paste 13. Stir when required
14. Put dawaydek and salt
