Mosquito is on of insect that interferes with human and animal. The effect of a bit of mosquito are itch, mosquito hoomthe sickness also. According to kesumawati (2003) subtropics area. Fillariasis wuchereria bancrofti one of the sick of mosquito, fillariasis case become at 1931 at east java expecialy in the Malang at 1992, at east java founded 27 case of Fillariasis in 7 Regency and than at 2003 founded 175 case again Fillariasis in city of town people used chemistry medicine in the medical process,but here chemistry medicine had bad effect to our body. We can found chemistry in the Zysygium aromaticum that had repellent for example Eugenol.
The result of Zysygium aromaticum are to found the influence of it to Culex sp repellent, and to know about extract konsentration of clove leaf that nice Culex sp repellent. The parameter in these result with know many mosquito that perch or bite the hand and than lubricate the hand with Zysygium aromaticum. Genre of this result used RAL, 3 times with 8 (-) control, (+) control, control 10 %, 20%, 30%, 40%, 50%, 60%. This result laboratorium in University of Malang.
The result any influence of Zysygium aromaticum to Culex sp repellent. Duncans result that 60% of Zysygium aromaticum given high repellent potential 98,58. This control not given repellent. Zysygium aromaticum effective as a repellent.
