Call for Chapters

Preface

War, inflation, food shortages, and the COVID-19 pandemic's long tail have all sent shockwaves across the globe. Since the beginning of the COVID-19 and Ukraine war, financial markets have been incredibly volatile, and the commodity markets are in turmoil. The global conflicts have increased in upward tension on food and energy prices, pushing inflation to its highest level in decades in the European Union, the United States, Asia, Africa, and many other countries.

However, the global economic slowdown, significant decline in the value of financial assets, decline in imports and exports, contraction of industrial production, rise in inflation, decline in wages, increase in unemployment, collapse of social security, and numerous natural disasters destroy not only the industrial economy but also the public health that have already grossly victimized by the pandemic. War, conflicts, climate change, the energy crisis, and pandemics are all directly and indirectly causing the crisis to worsen. All of these problems have the potential to put civilization in danger by preventing the availability of many essential healthcare services, including access to the healthcare system, vaccination, poison control, insurance coverage or co- payment policies, health vigilance and surveillance, tracking of adverse drug reactions,

telemedicine support, health education or awareness programs, newer drug inventions, and related technological advancements and innovations.

The book chapter must be based on health and economic challenges in your own country. Every paragraph should include a reference to the pandemic, climate, and energy crises. Each chapter should have a very brief introduction of your country; the language should be fluent English; it should not exceed 10 A4 pages with 1.5 line spaces; font size: 12; font: Times New Roman. The citation style should be AMA, and all references, info graphics (please avoid images of people and places), and other sources should be clearly cited within the text. Try to put 3 to 5 tables and infographics with lots of statistics on health and the economy. Journal names inside the reference section should be italicized and use the complete journal name. For example: Avoid writing Public Health Pract (Oxf) instead of “Oxford Handbook of Public Health Practice”. Use citation tools like bibme.org or citationmachine.net or any other online citation tool to avoid errors.

We'll select only one paper from a country. Just mention country, author details (name, affiliation, and email) at the beginning of the manuscript. References should be from journal articles, preferably from any Scopus indexed or PubMed-listed journals. Your submission will be disqualified if you use references from other sources. Choose only the latest information for your submission (preferably from 2020 to the present date).

The submission should be free of any political interest, national or cross-border, or any

antigovernment statements. Just bring out the grief of the common population of your country, who are affected by climate, COVID, and energy crunches, along with their economic and health challenges. Also, authors are requested to make the submission interesting and avoid monotony
