Information Sheet for Participants
Implementation of Flexible Working Arrangement:
A Case Study of Intel Indonesia
Description of the study:
The research project is a part of my Thesis program in BINUS INTERNATIONAL. The research will focus on the Intel Indonesia Corporation staff’s experiences of flexible working arrangement. This study aims to explore the understanding of flexible working arrangement of Intel Indonesia staff in Intel Indonesia Corporation and to explore whether the phenomenon is influencing the quality of life of the employee.
Research objectives:
To explore the success story of company to go through the cultural differences in implementing flexible work’s scheme.
To explore whether the phenomenon is influencing the quality of life of the employee.
Methods of Data Collection:
In-depth interview sessions with Intel Indonesia Corporation staff will be conducted. The participants should be an active Intel Indonesia staff, and have experiencing working under Traditional employment scheme. In-depth interview will be recorded and conducted in either English or Indonesian, to ensure a free flow of ideas.
Participation in this research will be on a voluntarily basis and bear no consequences: 1. Anonymity is guaranteed in any report resulting from this study
2. Participations in this study will not pose any risk to participants’ position at Intel Indonesia. 3. Participants have the right to withdraw at any stage, ask questions on the researcher, or ask
that certain information to be omitted.
Participation will be based on sharing ideas and information, and there will be no payment involved.

The mentor of this study is Tatum Adiningrum, who will provide supervision and monitoring of the process of this research. He can be contacted at [email protected]. This study has also been approved by BINUS INTERNATIONAL.
