Ketentuan Umum
Pengambilan ini berlaku bagi calon mahasiswa baru Universitas Pelita Harapan Tahun Akademik 2017/2018 yang telah mengirimkan formulir Pengukuran Seragam.
KETENTUAN PENGAMBILAN SERAGAM ALMAMATER
1. Membawa fc. salah satu Kartu Identitas Calon Mahasiswa (KTP/SIM/Kartu Pelajar).2. Membawa Formulir Pengukuran Seragam yang sudah pernah di email (hard copy).
3. Jika diwakilkan selain orang tua harus membawa Surat Kuasa.
4. Jika Calon Mahasiswa yang berada dalam list dibawah ini melakukan pindah jurusan ke Manajemen
Perhotelan atau Manajemen Usaha Wisata - Sekolah Tinggi Pariwisata Pelita Harapan (STPPH) maka Calon Mahasiswa wajib menginformasikan status pindah jurusan-nya melalui email bma@uph.edu.
5. UPH tidak bertanggung jawab atas Kesalahan Ukuran Seragam diluar Ukuran yang diberikan pada Formulir.
6. Segala bentuk Perbaikan pada seragam, dapat dilakukan langsung dengan menghubungi :
