Ketentuan Umum
Pengambilan iniberlakubagi calon mahasiswa baru UniversitasPelita Harapan Tahun Akademik 2017/2018 yang telah mengirimkan formulir Pengukuran Seragam.
KETENTUAN PENGAMBILANSERAGAM ALMAMATER
1. Membawa fc.salah satu Kartu Identitas Calon Mahasiswa (KTP/SIM/Kartu Pelajar). 2. Membawa Formulir Pengukuran Seragam yang sudah pernah di email (hard copy). 3. Jika diwakilkan selain orang tua harus membawa Surat Kuasa.
4. Jika Calon Mahasiswa yang berada dalam list di bawah ini melakukan pindah jurusan ke Manajemen Perhotelan atau Manajemen Usaha Wisata - Sekolah Tinggi Pariwisata Pelita Harapan (STPPH) maka Calon Mahasiswa wajib menginformasikanstatus pindah jurusan-nyamelalui email bma@uph.edu.
5. UPH tidak bertanggung jawab atas Kesalahan Ukuran Seragam diluar Ukuran yang diberikan pada Formulir.
6. Segala bentukPerbaikan pada seragam, dapat dilakukan langsungdengan menghubungi :
