Pertanian tanaman pangan meliputi antara lain : padi, jagung, ubi, kacang- kacangan, sayur-sayuran, dan buah-buahan. Dibanding dengan tahun lalu secara umum produksi tanaman pangan mengalami peningkatan.

Produksi padi pada tahun 2008 sebesar 1.750.675 ton atau naik sebesar 14,7 persen dari tahun sebelumnya. Selama periode 2003-2008, produksi padi di Provinsi NTB cukup bervariasi.

Produksi sayur-sayuran dan buah-buahan disajikan pada Tabel 5.1.10 dan 5.1.11. Dalam bab ini juga disajikan informasi produktifitas dan luas panen.

5.2. Perkebunan

Perkebunan diklasifikasikan menjadi dua katagori, yaitu : perkebunan besar, ialah usaha perkebunan yang dilakukan oleh suatu badan usaha atau badan hukum di atas tanah yang statusnya Hak Guna Usaha (HGU). Di luar batasan ini

5.2. Plantation

Plantations are classified into two categories : large plantations,is the plantation business that conducted by an enterprise or legal entity on the ground that his legal economic status (HGU). Outside these limits are classified into the estates of the folk.

Sedangkan untuk komoditi lainnya, mengalami penurunan produksi. 5.3. Kehutanan

Produksi hutan dapat di-kelompokkan menjadi kayu dan hasil hutan non-kayu. Nilai produksi hasil hutan kayu dan non-kayu dapat dilihat pada tabel 5.3.2-5.3.3. Selain dari hasil hutan sendiri, persediaan kayu di NTB juga diperoleh dari daerah lain. Pemasok kayu terbesar untuk wilayah NTB adalah Sulawesi Tenggara, kemudian diikuti oleh Sulawesi Tengah.

5.4. Peternakan

Salah satu usaha pemerintah di bidang peternakan adalah dengan meningkatkan konsumsi protein hewani bagi penduduk Indonesia. Untuk dapat meningkatkan konsumsi perkapita protein hewani tersebut diperlukan penyediaan daging yang

5.3. Forestry

Forest production can be grouped into wood and non-wood forest. Value of production of wood and non-wood can be seen in tables 5.3.2-5.3.3. Apart from his own forest products, wood supply in NTB also obtained from other regions. Largest timber supplier to NTB Province is Sulawesi Tenggara Province then followed by the Sulawesi Tengah. 5.4. Livestock

One of the government's efforts in the field of livestock is to increase the consumption of animal protein for the people of Indonesia. To be able to increase per capita consumption of animal protein is needed providing enough meat and the addition of a

Berdasarkan data dari Dinas Peternakan Provinsi NTB, jumlah pemotongan ternak pada tahun 2008, tercatat sebanyak 36.122 ekor sapi, 8.218 ekor kerbau, dan 1.559 ekor kuda. Untuk ternak kecil, jumlah pemotongan sebesar 10.079 ekor kambing, 490 ekor domba, dan 2.321 ekor babi.

5.5. Perikanan

Produksi perikanan pada tahun 2008 sebanyak 128.156 ton yang terdiri dari 98.653 ton perikanan laut, dan 29.503 ton perikanan darat.

Data yang lebih rinci dapat dilihat pada tabel 5.5.1 sampai dengan 5.5.4.

Based on data from Livestock Service of NTB Province, the number of poultry slaughtering in 2008, recorded as many as 36,122 cows, buffalos 8,218, and 1,559 horses. For small livestock, the number of cuts was 10,079 goats, 490 sheeps and 2,321 pigs.

5.5. Fishery

Fishery production in 2008 reach 128,156 tons comprising 98,653 tons of sea fisheries and inland fisheries 29,503 tons.
