Abstract
Today, information technology is needed by many companies and establishing government institutions in supporting performance improvement . Companies and government agencies need to develop and make the software so that operations can be done more effectively and efficiently . DPPKAD as government agencies , requires an application to manage the tax census data ( DPPKAD ) that can be integrated with permissions ( BPPT and PM ) . The purpose of the study is to conduct project management system the tax census data integration with permissions so that the project can be in accordance with the scope , cost , resources and time specified as well as testing the feasibility of using the system cost and benefit analisys . Construction method using inclusive design project . This study resulted in the tax census data integration system with permissions include system design , database design , network design , budget , and scheduling projects using a Gantt Chart . Testing the feasibility of using a cost and benefit analysis that generates payback period = 11 856 a month , ROI = 66.78 % , NPV = Rp . 15 840 . 347 , 4 , and IRR = 19 % . It can be concluded that project management can overcome the problem of inaccurate budget and turnaround time as well as to prove that the design of the tax system of census integration with licensing worthy to be accepted

database, desain jaringan, anggaran biaya, dan penjadwalan proyek menggunakan Gantt Chart. Pengujian kelayakan menggunakan analisa cost and benefit yang menghasilkan payback period = 7,462 bulan, ROI = 40,74 %, NPV= Rp. 61.177.283,5, dan IRR= 26%. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa manajemen proyek dapat mengatasi masalah kurang tepatnya anggaran biaya dan waktu penyelesaian proyek serta membuktikan bahwa rancangan sistem integrasi data sensus pajak dengan perizinan layak untuk diterima.
