• A poster must meet the standard of an academic/scientific presentation.
• Fonts: Arial or Time Roman (Don't use more than 2 font types).
• The size of the poster: print-out on A1 size paper (60 x 85 cm) with orientation portrait layout.
• Poster in vertical pairs in the space provided the Committee with no use of frames or other cover materials (including glass, laminates, plastics, etc).
• Set up of poster exhibition 2 hours before the event starts.
• Soft copy of the poster presentation should be saved into the CD and submitted to the committe on site.
The outline form which Poster content follows:
• Title and authors (Title of poster, names and affiliation of researchers).
• Abstract. Approx. 150-200 words, cover major purpose of research, main technique used, 1 or 2 main conclusions, touch briefly on significance.
• Introduction. Include a bit of background, research question, subjects used, and basic approach to the research. One or two short paragraphs, max.
• Objectives/Aims. Numbered or bulleted list of specific research intentions.
• Materials & Methods. The process or "story" of how the research was carried out, including specific techniques used and timeline of steps
