PENGUJIAN MATERIAL DAN PEMBAHASAN
4.1 Uraian Umum
Penelitian ini merupakan studi eksperimen yang dilaksanakan di Laboratorium, Dalam pelaksanaan eksperimen ini peneliti menggunakan Laboratorium Bahan PT. Adhimix Precast Indonesia Plant Kebon Jeruk. Seluruh tahap pekerjaan yang direncanakan pada penelitian ini telah selesai dilaksanakan. Dimulai dari tahap Pengetesan Material Agregat Kasar & Agregat Halus, perhitungan campuran beton Mix Desain, pengecekan kandungan air dalam material (pasir dan split), kemudian persiapan bahan dan material, pembuatan benda uji, sampai dengan pengujian kuat desak dapat dilaksanakan tanpa menemui kesulitan yang berarti. Hasil penelitian yang berupa data-data kasar, selanjutnya dianalisis untuk mengetahui perbandingan kinerja beton mutu tinggi dengan penambahan Superplasticizer (Glenium 181) terhadap kuat tekan.
4.2 Hasil Pengetesan Material Aggregat Kasar & Aggregat Halus 4.2.1 Kadar Lumpur

Berat Kering Sample sesudah dicuci dengan ayakan no 200 = 500gr ; 600 gr

ayakan no 200 = 488,4 gr ; 585,8 gr
Kadar Lumpur I = ((500 – 488,4) / 500) x 100 = 2,32 % Kadar Lumpur II = ((600 - 585,8) / 600) x 100 = 2,36 %
Jadi rata-rata dari dua hasil test adalah (2,32% + 2,36%) / 2 = 2,34%

Berat Kering Sample sesudah dicuci dengan Ayakan no 200 = 3000 gr ; 3200 gr
Berat Kering Sample sesudah dicuci dengan Ayakan no 200 = 2971,6 gr ; 3173,7 gr
Kadar Lumpur I = ((3000-2971,6)/ 3000) x 100 = 0,95 % Kadar Lumpur II = ((3200-3171,2) / 3200) x 100 = 0,90 %
