THE AMENDMENT TO THE DECREE OF THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY AND TRADE
NO. 153/MPP/Kep/5/2001 ON THE COMPULSORY APPLICATION OF SNI TO WHEAT FLOUR AS A FOOD INGREDIENT
(SNI.01-3751-2000/Rev. 1995 AND ITS REVISION)
THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY AND TRADE,
Considering :
a. that since the six-month period given to prepare producers, facilities and infrastructures of testing laboratories as well as all things needed for the implementation of the Decree of the Minister of Industry and Trade No. 153/MPP/Kep/5/2001 on the compulsory application of SNI to wheat flour as a food ingredient (SNI.01-3751-2000/Rev. 1995 and its revision) is not sufficient, the period needs to be extended for 3 (three) months;
b. that in relation thereto, a decree of the Minister of Industry and Trade needs to be issued. In view of :
1. Presidential Decree No. 177/2000 on organizational structures and working arrangements of ministries as already amended several times and the latest by Presidential Decree No. 58/2001;
2. Presidential Decree No. 58/2001 on the establishment of the mutual cooperation cabinet; 3. Presidential Decree No. 102/2001 on the status, tasks, functions, authority, organizational
structures and working arrangements of ministries;
4. Decree of the Minister of Industry and Trade No. 86/MPP/Kep/3/2001 on the organization and working arrangement of the Ministry of Industry and Trade;
5. Decree of the Minister of Industry and Trade No. 153/MPP/Kep/5/2001 on the compulsory application of SNI to wheat flour as a food ingredient (SNI.01-3751-2000/Rev. 1995 and its revision).
DECIDES : To stipulate :
THE DECREE OF THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY AND TRADE ON THE AMENDMENT TO THE DECREE OF THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY AND TRADE NO. 153/MPP/Kep/5/2001 ON THE COMPULSORY APPLICATION OF SNI TO WHEAT FLOUR AS A FOOD INGREDIENT ((SNI.01-3751-2000/Rev. 1995 and its revision).
To amend Article 6 of the Decree of the Minister of Industry and Trade No. 153/MPP/Kep/5/2001 on the compulsory application of SNI to wheat flour as a food ingredient (SNI.01-3751-2000/Rev. 1995 and its revision) so as to read as follows :
"Article 6 This decree comes into force as from February 2, 2002."
Article II
This decree comes into force as from the date of stipulation.
