SYARAT-SYARAT PENDAFTARAN

1.Syarat Am

a) Perakuan ini tidak boleh dipindah milik. b) Lembaga mempunyai hak mengkaji semula gred

pendaftaran kontraktor dari semasa ke semasa. 2.Tanggungjawab dan Obligasi Kontraktor

a) Kontraktor hendaklah mematuhi peruntukan-peruntukan Akta Lembaga Pembangunan Industri Pembinaan Malaysia 1994 ('Akta'), peraturan-peraturan yang dibuat di bawahnya dan apa-apa terma, syarat-syarat atau sekatan yang dikenakan oleh Lembaga dari semasa ke semasa.

b) Kontraktor tidaklah boleh menyertai mana-mana tender atau melaksanakan apa-apa kerja pembinaan selepas habis tempoh Perakuan ini dan sehingga ianya diperbaharui.

c) Kontraktor tidaklah boleh mengakujanji membina apa-apa projek pembinaan yang melebihi nilai kerja pembinaan yang dinyatakan di bawah gred pendaftaran dan tidaklah boleh melaksanakan apa-apa projek pembinaan di luar kategori pendaftarannya. d) Kontraktor hendaklah mengemukakan maklumat

mengenai apa-apa kerja pembinaan atau kontrak dalam tempoh empat belas hari selepas diaward atau sebelum mula kerja atau mana-mana terdahulu.

e) Kontraktor hendaklah mengemukakan apa-apa maklumat yang dikehendaki oleh Lembaga dari semasa ke semasa.

f) Kontraktor hendaklah mempamerkan Perakuan Pendaftarannya yang dikeluarkan oleh Lembaga atau salinan Perakuan Pendaftaran yang diperakui oleh Lembaga di tempat perniagaannya.

g) Kontraktor hendaklah mempamerkan nombor pendaftaran atas papan tanda di setiap tapak pembinaannya.

h) Kontraktor hendaklah memohon untuk memperbaharui pendaftaran dalam tempoh enam puluh hari sebelum tarikh habis tempoh yang dinyatakan dalam Perakuan itu.

i) Kontraktor hendaklah mematuhi semua kehendak dan ketetapan di dalam Kod Etika Kontraktor.

j) Kontraktor hendaklah melantik pekerja binaan mahir dan penyelia tapak yang diakreditasi dan diperakui oleh Lembaga.

k) Semua pekerja di tapak bina hendaklah mempunyai Kad Personel Binaan yang masih sah.

3.Tindakan Tatatertib

Pendaftaran kontraktor hendaklah dibatal atau digantung jika:-a) kontraktor tidak mematuhi kehendak mana-mana

undang bertulis yang lain;

b) kontraktor telah dihukum menjadi bankrap;

c) petisyen penggulungan berhubungan dengan kontraktor telah diserahkan;

d) kontraktor melanggar atau tidak mematuhi mana-mana peruntukan Akta;

e) kontraktor telah mendapat Perakuan dengan membuat atau menyebabkan dibuat apa-apa akuan, pemerakuan atau representasi palsu atau fraud secara bertulis atau selainnya;

f) kontraktor meninggalkan apa-apa kerja pembinaan yang diakujanji tanpa apa-apa sebab yang munasabah; g) kontraktor telah didapati bersalah kerana cuai oleh

mahkamah atau mana-mana lembaga penyiasatan yang ditubuhkan di bawah mana-mana undang-undang bertulis berhubungan dengan apa-apa kerja pembinaan yang diakujanji; atau

h) kontraktor telah melanggar mana-mana terma dan syarat-syarat Tanggungjawab dan Obligasi Kontraktor yang dinyatakan dalam perenggan 2.

DIRECTOR

The Managing Director and founder of the company. He has more than 20 years’ experiences in the property development, building material trading, construction and in banking sector prior establishing MLG Design & Construction Sdn Bhd. He provides steadfast dedication and insight to manage and deliver a strategic, priorities and plans to enhance values to clients.

He has experience in managing a corporate business which involved Japanese’s and French’s multinational conglomerate stakeholders.

In MLG, he played a key role in defining the business strategy, managing the business enablement and strategic operational objectives.

Michael Lok has graduated with Master in Science (MSc), Imperial College, University of London. He is affiliated with the Chinese Chamber of Commerce and Master Builders & Building Materials Dealers Association. He also holds an Oil & Gas safety passport.

STRENGTH

Our dedicated and experienced team who are capable in handling the project with meticulous attention to detail and integrating the needs of client into physical framework required. In construction, MLG has undertaken basement construction work, fair-faced building construction and oil & gas projects which requires a high level of safety and quality management.

For interior fit out, we are specialised in large space fit out for financial institution, commercial offices, residential, show units and retails.

A comprehensive Work Program will be developed to achieve project deadline to complete in a timely manner. Deliberate quality control is effectively managing for deliverable. MLG is able to conceptualize client’s expectations from concept to completion, we have delivered challenging project for industrial buildings, corporate offices, oil & gas and residential.

The following outline the construction key activities.

A. SURVEY

 Dilapidation Survey report to provide itemized records and photographic proof of all internal & external premises finish prior to commencement of work. This acts as a benchmark for accessing works that have been undertake and to guard clients from claims of adversely the landlord’s finishes.

B. SITE SET-UP

 Site Office – For regular client, trade contractor and nominated sub-contractor project meeting on site.  Material Storage – For safe keeping of

materials and equipment.

C. PROGRAMME

 Detailed construction programme identifying the interaction of suppliers and sub-contractor at work on-site.  Establishing the critical path of

construction works in order to measure the project on-time completion.
