INTRODUCTION
1.1. Place and Time of the Observation and Interview
My observation was in Satria Tunas Bangsa Kindergarten, Indonesia. The
address is in Bethel Area, Hasanudin Street no. 3B, Salatiga, Central Java.
Time of my field practice in this place were 2 (two) months. I went there in
the morning, do observation, and came back home.

I done myfield practice in KB PAUD”Satria Tunas Bangsa”(Is addressing in
Hasanudin street No.3B Rt 01/Rw 06 Ngawen Kel. Mangunsari,Kec.
Sidomukti-Salatiga).This school is a private school go to in classify in group
B.In permission number/Service SK date on 26 sc November 2009 No.
421.9/74Iia.On phone call number 088-081-944-297.And established in 27 sc
May 2008.Institution establisher by Hasanudin Indonesian Bethel Cruch ,is
addressing in Hasanudin street 3B Salatiga.Head of executive produser by

1.3. Interviewee Profile
I was try to interview and observed this kindergarten school, especially the
secretary. I repeated my observation two times. The secretary is Mrs. Wahyu

years old. She was born in Salatiga on 24 May 1993. She is graduated from senior
high school. First, Mrs. Wahyu had a baby so she did not go to work, I
