Tujuan dari penulisan ini adalah untuk mengetahui kinerja produser dalam proses perencanaan dan penyajian suatu program acara, serta mengetahui kendala yang dialami. Metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan ini adalah metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, studi kepustakaan, dan penelusuran data di internet.
Hasil pengamatan menunjukkan Kinerja Produser Program Acara Ninetyniners Radio 100 FM Bandung untuk perencanaan program dinilai cukup
baik, karena para produser mengerjakan pekerjaannya sesuai dengan program kerja yang ada dan mengerjakannya dengan baik, dan produser dapat bekerja sama dengan baik dengan semua pihak yang terlibat secara langsung maupun tidak langsung.
Kendala yang terjadi pada produser adalah adanya kendala teknis, berupa gangguan pada peralatan penunjang kerja produser. Kendala lainnya adalah adanya tugas tambahan yang diberikan pada produser.

The purpose of this paper is to investigate the performance of producers in the planning and presentation of a course of events, and to know the constraints experienced. The method used in this paper is a descriptive method. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, library research, and data retrieval on the Internet.
The results showed "Performance of Producer Event Ninetyniners Radio
100 FM Bandung " for planning program was considered quite good, because the
producers do the work in accordance with the existing work program and do it well, and the producers can work equally well with all parties involved in directly
or indirectly.
Constraints that occur in the producer is technical constraints, such as interference with the work of supporting equipment producer. Another obstacle is the presence of additional tasks given to the producer.
