ABSTRAK
ABSTRACT
The title of this final report is The Construction Plan for Office and Classroom of SMK Terpadu Takwa Belitang. The building plan has land areas 30 meters x 18 meters and building areas 96 m2. The purpose of this final report is to plan a building that serves as an office and classroom. Vocational high school Terpadu Takwa Belitang is the private school that has by Masjid Agung Gumawang Institute in Subdistric of Belitang, regency of East Oku and located in South Sumatra. We plan and calculate the building based on primary data and supporting data. Primary data collected from the project which is picture work and supporting data which were analyzed using the formula of several books. Basic theory calculations using SNI–03–274 –2002 on concrete structures, reinforced concrete structures by Istimawan. The end result of the planning of this building is it uses steel roof frame, concrete structures for beams, columns and sloof. Then, using tapak foundations.
