ANALISIS PENGARUH KEBUTUHAN AKTUALISASI DIRI DAN KEBUTUHAN PENGHARGAAN TERHADAP PRESTASI KERJA
KARYAWAN PT. CENTRAL SANTOSA FINANCE KANTOR CABANG LUBUK PAKAM
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Pengaruh variable kebutuhan aktualisasi diri terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan PT. Central Santosa Finance. (2) Pengaruh variabel kebutuhan Penghargaan terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan PT. Central Santosa Finance. (3) Pengaruh variabel dan kebutuhan aktualisasi diri kebutuhan penghargaan terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan PT. Central Santosa Finance.
Penelitian ini dikategorikan sebagai penelitian survey, di mana instrument penelitian ini berupa kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Central Santosa Finance sebanyak 125 karyawan. Sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 96 responden yang ditentukan berdasarkan Rumus Slovin. Uji validitas instrumen menggunakan Confirmatory Faktor Analisis sedangkan uji reliabilitasnya menggunakan Cronbach Alpha.Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa: (1) kebutuhan aktualisasi diri berpengaruh positif terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan PT. Central Santosa Finance sebesar (β) 0,166 dan signifikansi sebesar 0,025. Kontribusi kebutuhan aktualisasi diri dan kebutuhan penghargaan terhadap prestasi kerja sebesar (R2) 0,446 atau 44,6%. (2) kebutuhan penghargaan berpengaruh positif terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan PT. Central Santosa Finance sebesar (β) 0,123 dan signifikansi sebesar 0,000. (3) Penghargaan dan kebutuhan aktualisasi diri secara simultan berpengaruh positif terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan PT. Central Santosa Finance adalah 9.099 dan signifikansi sebesar 0,000. Persamaan regresi yang diperoleh adalah Y = 23,617 +0,166 X 1 + 1,230 X 2 + e

ANALYSIS OF THE EFFECT OF SELF-ACTUALIZATION NEEDS AND REWARD NEEDS TOWARDS EMPLOYEE WORK PERFORMANCE IN
PT. CENTRAL SANTOSA FINANCE KANTOR CABANG LUBUK PAKAM
The purpose of this research is to identify : (1) the effect of self-actualization towards employee work performance in PT. Central Santosa Finance. (2) and the effect of rewards needs towards employee work performance in PT. Central Santosa Finance. (3) the effect of self-actualization and rewards needs simultaneously towards employee work performance in PT. Central Santosa Finance.
This research is categorized as a “survey” study, where the instrument used in this research is a questionnaire. The population in this research is all of the PT. Central Santosa Finance’s employee which amounted of 125 employees. The sample of this research is 96 respondents which is determined based on the slovin’s formula. The Validity test instrument that used in this study is “Confirmatory Factor Analysis”, while for the reliability test use the “Cronbach Alpha” instrument. The analysis techniques that used in this study is the multiple regression techniques. This research found that : (1) self-actualization has the positive effect towards employee work performance PT. Central Santosa Finance by (β) 0,166 and has significance points by 0,025. The contribution of self-actualization needs and reward needs towards employee work performance has (R2) 0,446 points or 44,6%. (2) the reward needs has the positive effects towards employee work performance in PT. Central Santosa Finance by (β) 0,123 and has significance points by 0,000. (3) the effect of self-actualization and rewards needs simultaneously towards employee work performance in PT. Central Santosa Finance by 9.099 dan significance point by 0,000.
