APAKAH PRIORITY PASS (PP)
ONLINE ITU?
PP Online adalah sebuah website yang mempermudah Anda untuk mendapatkan Priority Pass. Artikel ini akan memandu Anda mengenai cara kerja website Priority Pass Online dan juga fitur-fitur yang tersedia untuk Customer kami.
KEPADA CUSTOMERS
Di dalam website ini, seorang user dengan nama Customer akan diberikan berbagai pilihan proyek-proyek. Customer dapat memesan sendiri Priority Pass (PP) yang diinginkan atau dengan bantuan dari seorang agen (Deal Closer).
PENDAFTARAN DAN
AKTIVASI AKUN
Pada gambar di bawah, ada 2(dua) macam pilihan pendaftaran; “Register Customer” dan “Register Deal Closer”. Sebagai Customer, masuk dengan memilih “Register Customer”.
1. Klik ‘Register Customer’
Anda akan dibawa ke halaman formulir registrasi.
3. Setelah itu, Anda akan dibawa ke formulir registrasi yang lebih lanjut. Isi semua kolom data-data yang diperlukan, lalu klik ‘Submit’.
Untuk Customer non-WNI, dimohon untuk mengganti kolom tipe ID menjadi “KITAS” dan formulir akan secara otomatis menyesuaikan ke format tersebut:
Untuk Customer atas nama Perusahaan, dimohon untuk mengganti kolom tipe ID menjadi “Tanda Daftar Perusahaan” dan formulir akan secara otomatis menyesuaikan ke format tersebut.
Setelah selesai, Anda akan mendapatkan pesan seperti berikut:
4. Periksa e-mail Anda untuk proses aktivasi.
5. Klik “Activate My Account” untuk mengaktifkan akun Anda.
Setelah selesai, Anda akan dibawa kembali ke halaman PP Online untuk memasukkan password yang baru.
6. Isi semua kolom yang diperlukan untuk password baru, klik “Activate”.
7. Setelah selesai, klik “CLICK HERE TO LOGIN” dan and akan kembali ke halaman Login awal.
ONE STEP CLOSER TO
LOGIN
Untuk Login, masukkan e-mail yang sudah terdaftar dan password, lalu klik “Sign In”.
PEMESANAN
PRIORITY PASS
Langkah-langkah di bawah akan membantu Anda dalam proses membeli sebuah Priority Pass (PP).
1. Klik “Buy Priority Pass” atau “PP Order” yang muncul di sebelah kiri pada halaman website.
Di bawah ini adalah gambar halaman pertama yang akan Anda jumpai setelah Login. Anda akan mendapati pilihan untuk memesan Priority Pass.
2. Klik tombol “Buy PP”
Gambar di bawah menampilkan produk-produk properti dari Lippo Homes. Variasi produk akan bertambah di masa yang akan datang.
3. Isi semua kolom yang diperlukan, lalu klik “Place Order”.
Akan muncul 3(tiga) kolom yang harus di isi. Dua kolom akan memberikan pilihan tipe unit yang diminati serta cara pembayaran dan kolom terakhir akan meminta Anda untuk mengisi jumlah Priority Pass (PP) yang diinginkan. Klik tombol “Place Order” untuk lanjut ke langkah berikutnya.
4. Klik “Yes” untuk lanjut atau klik “No” untuk mengganti informasi pemesanan.
5. Pilih cara pembayaran Anda
Gambar di bawah memperlihatkan berbagai cara permbayaran yang dapat dipilih. Cara pembayaran yagn tersedia adalah dengan menggunakan Kartu Debit, Kartu Kredit, dan Transfer melalui bank. Setelah memilih cara pembayaran yang diinginkan, berikan tanda centang pada “I have read and agreed to the terms and conditions”, lalu klik “Pay Now”.
Setelah mengirimkan perintah pemesanan Anda, Anda akan dibawa ke halaman proses pembayaran. Tidak ada contoh halaman proses pembayaran dalam panduan ini.
6. Masukkan semua informasi yang dibutuhkan di kolom yang ada pada halaman proses pembayaran.
7. Setelah pembayaran telah selesai, akan muncul pesan seperti di bawah ini:
a. Klik tombol “Print PP” untuk melihat keterangan pemesanan Anda. b. Atau, klik “PP Order History” untuk melihat riwayat pemesanan Priority Pass (PP).
*Mohon untuk melihat “PP Order History Function” untuk penjelasan yang lebih terperinci.
8. Pesan berupa konfirmasi pembelian Priority Pass (PP) akan dikirimkan ke e-mail Anda.
9. Gambar di bawah menunjukkan bahwa di email tersebut terdapat sebuah dokumen lampiran.
Anda dapan mengunduh lampiran tersebut dan memeriksa dan melihat keterangan Priority Pass (PP) yang telah dipesan.
10. Mohon untuk memeriksa dengan seksama untuk memastikan bahwa semua informasi yagn tercantum sudah benar.
Gambar di bawah menunjukkan dokumen Priority Pass (PP). Pada dokumen Priority Pass (PP) juga akan tercantum informasi urutan Anda pada acara Grand Preview. Mohon untuk memperhatikan nomor Priority Pass (PP) Anda.
GET READY FOR
Gambar di bawah akan mendemonstrasikan bagaimana untuk mengakses Riwayat Pembelian PP Anda. Untuk mengakses informasi pembelian yang telah dilakukan Anda bisa klik pilihan “Transaction” pada kolom sebelah kiri.
1. Klik “Transaction” untuk memunculkan pilihan “PP Order History”.
2.Pilihan “PP Order History” akan menampilkan semua riwayat pembelian Priority Pass Anda.
Website ini juga menyediakan fitur pencarian untuk menyunting daftar yang ada berdasarkan kata kunci yang diberikan.
PEMBAYARAN
Jika pada kolom “Order Status” Priority Pass Anda menunjukkan status “Outstanding”, berarti pembayaran untuk pemesanan Priority Pass tersebut belum terselesaikan. Anda bisa meng-klik “Create Payment” jika ingin membayar untuk pemesanan Priority Pass tersebut.
PEMESANAN ULANG
Untuk pemesanan ulang, klik pilihan “Re-Order” yang terdapat pada tabel.
CETAK PP
Ada juga pilihan tambahan yaitu “Print PP”. Jika Anda memilih pilihan ini, PP yang Anda beli akan ditampilkan dan siap untuk dicetak.
Anda akan dibawa ke langkah ke-3 dari proses pemesanan Priority Pass dimana Anda dapat mengganti pesanan Anda.
MENGUBAH PROFIL &
PASSWORD DAN
LUPA PASSWORD
1. Klik “My Profile” yang ada pada kolom sebelah kiri untuk mengganti profil yang telah didaftarkan sebelumnya.
3. Pesan seperti ini akan muncul saat profil Anda telah berhasil diubah.
MENGUBAH PASSWORD
Untuk mengubah Password Anda
1. Klik “Change Password” yang ada pada kolom sebelah kiri.
2. Masukkan Password yang lama dan yang baru, lalu klik “Save”.
Jika Anda lupa Password, Anda dapat memperolehnya lagi dengan cara berikut.
1. Klik “Forgot Password?”
2. Masukkan email, lalu klik “Send”.
3. Cek e-mail Anda untuk e-mail yang baru saja dikirim dengan password lama Anda.
Email yang dikirimkan akan berisi password lama Anda.
4. Ingatkan atau tuliskan Password tersebut lalu klik “Sign Me In”.

WHAT IS PRIORITY PASS (PP) ONLINE?
PP Online is a website that will make it easier for you to obtain a Priority Pass (PP). This manual will be your step-to-step guide on how the website works and explain the various features that this website has to offer our Customers.
FOR CUSTOMERS
In the website, a user under the title of Customer will be presented with a variety of projects to choose from. The Customer will be allowed to order their Priority Pass (PP) themselves or have an agent (deal closer)
REGISTRATION AND
ACCOUNT ACTIVATION
In the image below, there are two sets of options for two different types of registrations. The Customer only needs to use “Register Customer”.
1. Click ‘Register Customer’.
You will be directed to the registration form.
3. Once submitted, you will be directed to the registration process form. Fill in all of the field requirements, then click submit.
For customers of foreign origins, please change the ID Type to “KITAS”, so the fields after it will automatically adjust:
For corporate customers, please change the ID Type to “Tanda Daftar Perusahaan”, so the fields after it will automatically adjust:
Once done, you will receive a message like this:
4. Check your mail for the activation process.
5. Click ‘Activate My Account’ to activate your account.
Once you are done, you will be redirected back to the PP Online website to enter your new password.
6. Enter all of the field requirements for your new password, then click activate.
7. Once completed, click ‘CLICK HERE TO LOGIN’ and return to the login default.
ONE STEP CLOSER TO

To login, input your registered email and password, then click Sign in.
The following step will guide you through the process of purchasing a Priority Pass (PP).
1. Click the ‘Buy Priority Pass’ or ‘PP Order’ feature on the left tab.
Below is the first page you will see when you logged in. You will notice the options in getting your Priority Pass.
2. Click the ‘Buy PP’ button.
The image below showing Lippo Homes available product(s). There will be more product varieties in the future.
3. Fill in all the required fields, then click ‘Place Order’.
There are three field requirements that you have to fill in. Two fields require you to select your preferred unit type and term payment while the other field requires you to fill in your desired Priority Pass (PP) quantity. Click the ‘Place Order’ button to proceed to the next step of the process.
4. Click ‘Yes’ to proceed or click ‘No’ to edit the order again.
5. Choose payment method.
The image below shows the various methods of payments that you can choose from. The available payment methods are debit payment, credit card payment, and bank transfer. Once completed, tick the “I have read and agreed to the terms and condition”, then click ‘Pay Now’.
After you have submitted your order, you will be directed to the payment processing page. There are no examples of the payment processing page in this manual.
6. Input all the necessary field requirements on the payment processing page. 7. After the payment is completed, this message will then appear:
a. Click the ‘Print PP’ button to review your order.
b. Or click ‘PP Order History’ to look at your previously purchased Priority Pass (PP).
*Please see ‘PP Order History Function’ for detail.
8. A confirmation letter of your Priority Pass (PP) purchase will be sent to your registered email.
9. The image below shows that there is an attachment on the letter.
You may download the attachment and review the Priority Pass (PP) that you have acquired.
10. Please review all the fields to ensure that the information provided is correct.
The image below shows the Priority Pass (PP). The Priority Pass (PP) will show you information regarding what order you will be in during the Grand Preview. Please be especially aware of your Priority Pass (PP) number.
GET READY FOR
The following image demonstrates how to access your PP Order History. To access the recorded past purchases you can click the transaction option found at the left bar.
1. Click the ‘Transaction’ tab to see ‘PP Order History’.
2. The PP Order History will show you the all your previously purchases Priority Passes.
The website provides a search engine to narrow down the list according to the desired keyword.
CREATE PAYMENT
If there is any ‘Outstanding’ order status, it means you have incomplete payment. You can click ‘Create Payment’ if you want to pay your order.
RE-ORDER
To re-order, click ‘Re-Order’ option provided in the table.
PRINT PP
There is also another option provided which is the Priority Pass (PP) printout. If you select this option, it will display your Priority Pass (PP) for the unit that you have purchased.
You will be directed to step 3 of the ordering process, where you will be able to change the order.
CHANGING YOUR
PROFILE & PASSWORD
AND FORGOT PASSWORD
1. Click the ‘My Profile’ feature on the left tab to alter or change your previously registered profile.
2. Change the format to the desired self-description, then click ‘Save’.
3. This following message will appear once the update is successful.
CHANGING PASSWORD
To change your current password
1. Click the ‘Change Password’ feature on the left tab.
2. Enter your old and new password so it can be changed, then click ‘Save’
If you forgot your password, you can recover it by following this process.
1. Click ‘Forgot Password?’
2. Enter your email, then click ‘Send’.
3. Check your email for the recently sent email containing the password.
The email containing your previously forgotten password.
4. Memorize or write down the password, then click ‘Sign Me in’.
