Slang or language jargon is one of language variety which has characteristic with new vocabulary and change every time which is used by young people and social group to communicate each other. Slang is usually used by the minority groups that are widespread and there is almost in every country like Kudus Punk Community. In using language to communicate each other, they have creation of speech like variation of vocabulary, idioms, pronunciation meaning, and context and language distribution.
The objective of this research is to be able to find out (1) How are the various forms of slang vocabulary of the language Punk Kudus Community (2) How is the slang vocabulary Punk Kudus Community (3) How is the function of slang language vocabulary Kudus Punk Community.
The research design chosen by the writer is a descriptive research. The descriptive research is to analyze the data of conversation among members as communication interaction and to present slang language vocabulary of Punk Kudus Community. This research design is to describe the data and to know what the slang vocabulary Punk Kudus Community itself and the various forms of slang vocabulary of the language Punk Kudus Community. The subject of this research is Punk Kudus Community. The writer took his self becomes the main instrument.
Based on the research result, the writer is collecting the slang words or phrases in conversation of Punk Kudus Community. There are 37 slang words in 37 conversations in adoption of 12 of regional language, 8 of Indonesian language and 17 of English, identified and find out forms of vocabulary, word information, type word, meaning of the word, the functions, and speaking event communication framework.
Slang is not basic skill to master English language, but the writer hope it can be as knowledge to improve our ability to speak and to make our conversations more variety and also to explore a language that we hear because the language will continue to evolve to adjust by the changing times.

Slang atau bahasa prokem adalah satu jenis bahasa yang mempunyai karakteristik dengan kata baru dan berubah setiap waktu yang digunakan oleh kaum pemuda dan kelompok masyarakat untuk berkomunikasi dengan yang lain. Slang biasanya digunakan oleh kaum minoritas yang tersebar dan berada hampir di setiap Negara seperti Komunitas Punk Kudus. Dalam penggunaan bahasa untuk berkomunikasi dengan yang lain, mereka mempunyai kreasi dalam percakapan seperti variasi kosakata, ungkapan, arti pelafalan, dan konteks dan juga distribusi bahasa.
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk dapat mencari (1) Bagaimana macam- macam bentuk kosakata dari bahasa prokem Komunitas Punk Kudus (2) Bagaimana kosakata bahasa prokem Komunitas Punk Kudus (3) Bagaimana fungsi kosa kata bahasa prokem Komunitas Punk Kudus.
Desain penelitian yang dipilih oleh penulis adalah penelitian deskriptif. Penelitian deskriptif digunakan untuk menganalisa semua data dari percakapan anggota sebagai komunikasi interaksi dan mempersembahkan kosakata bahasa prokem Komunitas Punk Kudus. Desain penelitian ini adalah untuk menggambarkan data dan untuk mengetahui apa kosakata bahasa prokem Komunitas Punk Kudus itu sendiri dan bermacam-macam bentuk kosakata dari bahasa prokem Komunitas Punk Kudus. Subyek penelitian ini adalah Komunitas Punk Kudus. Penulis mengambil dirinya sendiri sebagai instrumen utama
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, penulis mengumpulkan kata dan frase dalam percakapn Komunitas Punk Kudus. Terdapat 37 kata slang dalam 37 percakapan yang diambil dari 12 bahasa daerah, 8 bahasa Indonesia, 17 bahasa Inggris, mengidentifikasi dan mencari bentuk kata, penjelasan kata, jenis kata, fungsi dan komponen percakapan.
Slang bukanlah sebuah kemampuan dasar untuk menguasai bahasa inggris, tetapi penulis berharap penelitian ini dapat menjadi pengetahuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan kita dalam berbicara dan membuat percakapan kita lebih berwarna dan untuk menggali sebuah bahasa yang kita dengar karena bahasa akan berkembang mengikuti perubahan jaman.
