PENGADAAN PERALATAN IT PENDUKUNG SPAN TAHUN ANGGARAN 2011

NOMOR ADD-2/PBJ/EPROC/X/2011

I. Addendum dokumen lelang/RKS terlampir merupakan satu kesatuan dan tidak terpisahkan dari dokumen lelang paket Pengadaan Peralatan IT Pendukung SPAN Tahun Anggaran 2011. II. Perubahan pada dokumen lelang, antara lain:

1. Bab II untuk nilai HPS paket pengadaan ini mengalami perubahan, menjadi:

Rp18.569.611.500,00 (delapan belas miliar lima ratus enam puluh sembilan juta enam ratus sebelas ribu lima ratus rupiah).

2. Bab II IKP angka 15 poin 6.d dan Bab VI Dokumen Pengadaan angka 5.d (penambahan item server, penghapusan item wireless Mic conference, dan ketentuan surat dukungan): Menjadi:

Surat dukungan dari Principal, yang meliputi:

1) Surat dukungan kepada Peserta Pengadaan untuk mengikuti pelelangan sesuai dengan spesifikasi masing-masing barang yang ditawarkan kecuali untuk software MySQL enterprise subscription dan modem SMS Gateway dapat berasal dari distributor;

2) Surat dukungan yang menyatakan Jaminan keaslian dan ketersediaan barang untuk masing-masing barang yang ditawarkan kecuali untuk software MySQL enterprise subscription dan modem SMS Gateway dapat berasal dari distributor;

3) Surat dukungan yang menyatakan Brand/Merk international (dijual di 5 (lima) negara selama 5 (lima) tahun) untuk masing-masing barang yang ditawarkan kecuali untuk storage, enclosure, software MySQL enterprise subscription, dan modem SMS Gateway;

4) Surat dukungan pelayanan Purna Jual:

 Manageable FTP, PC Unit, Notebook, Printer dotmatrik, LCD Projector tipe 1 dan tipe 2, Server: (P/L/O): 3/3/3 years

Semua surat dukungan dari Principal sebagaimana huruf d angka 1) s.d. 4) diatas, wajib ditujukan kepada:

3. Bab IV LDP huruf J. angka 1.Besaran jaminan penawaran menjadi:

“Besarnya jaminan penawaran adalah 3 % dari HPS yaitu Rp.557.088.345,00 (lima ratus lima puluh tujuh juta delapan puluh delapan ribu tiga ratus empat puluh lima rupiah)” 4. Bab IV LDP huruf P. angka 1.Besaran jaminan banding menjadi:

“Besarnya jaminan sanggahan banding Rp.37.139.223,00 (tiga puluh tujuh juta seratus tiga puluh sembilan ribu dua ratus dua puluh tiga rupiah)”
