Dear Rosi,
How are you? I hope you are in the pink. I have something interesting to tell you about my visit to my grandparents’ place during the school holidays.
My grandfather has a strawberry farm in Cameron Highlands. You know what? I was very excited when he asked me to join him to pick the fruits. You should see the ripe red strawberries. They looked so fresh and delicious. I just couldn’t wait to have a bite of them.
That evening, I helped my grandfather loaded baskets of strawberries into his small lorry and off we went to the night market. There, I saw many vendors with their fresh vegetables, fruits and flowers. Wow! The roses are really beautiful and they are in various colours.
Many people were already waiting to buy the fresh flowers. You wouldn’t believe the price of the roses. They were sold like hot cakes.
Within an hour, my grandfather and I managed to sell all his strawberries. I was so delighted to see his empty baskets. Then, we packed our things and went home.
