RINGKASAN
Chrysophyta merupakan divisi fitoplankton yang sensitif terhadap perubahan lingkungan perairan. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengetahui kelimpahan dan distribusi horizontal Chrysophyta serta faktor fisika dan kimia perairan, mengetahui tingkat kesamaan antarstasiun, serta mengetahui korelasi antara kelimpahan dan distribusi horizontal Chrysophyta dengan faktor fisika dan kimia perairan Waduk Penjalin. Kelimpahan Chrysophyta dihitung dengan metode modifikasi Lackey Drop Microtransect Counting Chamber. Pola distribusi horizontal Chrysophyta dianalisis dengan Indeks Morisita. Tingkat kesamaan antarstasiun berdasarkan kelimpahan, distribusi horizontal Chrysophyta, serta faktor fisika dan kimia dianalisis Clusterdan
Simper. Korelasi kelimpahan dan distribusi horizontal Chrysophyta dengan faktor fisika dan kimia perairan dianalisis menggunakan korelasi regresi linier berganda. Kelimpahan Chrysophyta yang didapatkan berkisar 7.082-159.777 ind.l-1 dengan
spesies yang paling melimpah adalah Cyclotella meneghiniana. Pola distribusi horizontal Chrysophyta didapatkan seragam. Hasil analisis Cluster kelimpahan Chrysophyta didapatkan kesamaan yang rendah dan hasil analisis Simperdidapatkan spesies yang berkontribusi memberikan ketidaksamaan adalah Cyclotella meneghiniana. Hasil analisis Cluster distribusi horizontal Chrysophyta didapatkan kesamaan yang rendah dan hasil analisis Simper didapatkan spesies yang berkontribusi memberikan ketidaksamaan adalah Achnanthes brevipes, Amphiprora ovalis, dan Chaetoceros peruvianum. Hasil analisis Cluster faktor fisika dan kimia didapatkan kesamaan yang tinggi dan hasil analisis Simper didapatkan faktor fisika dan kimia yang berkontribusi memberikan ketidaksamaan adalah silika dan TSS. Korelasi kelimpahan Chrysophyta dengan faktor fisika dan kimia adalah kuat dengan koefisien korelasi 0,685 dan koefisien determinasi 47%, serta persamaan Y = 1.856,850 - 55.478,220 (Penetrasi Cahaya) + 907,835 (Kedalaman) + 2.909,913 (Suhu) + 94,891 (TSS) - 2.892,899 (DO) - 265,315 (BOD5) - 7.601,391 (NO3) +
7.782.500,191 (PO4) + 55,107 (Si). Korelasi distribusi horizontal Chrysophyta
dengan faktor fisika dan kimia adalah sedang dengan koefisien korelasi 0,539 dan koefisien determinasi 29%, serta persamaan Y = 1,610 + 0,467 (Penetrasi Cahaya) -0,062 (Kedalaman) - 0,086 (Suhu) - 0,028 (TSS) + 0,073 (DO) + 0,069 (BOD5) +
0,624 (NO3) + 109,336 (PO4) - 0,001 (Si).

SUMMARY
Chrysophyceae is one of the divisions of phytoplankton that sensitive to changes in the aquatic environment. The research objective was to determine the abundance and horizontal distribution of Chrysophyceae also physical and chemical factors, determine the degree of similarity between the stations, and determine the correlation between the abundance and distribution of Chrysophyceae horizontally with factor of physics and chemistry Penjalin Reservoir. Chrysophyceae abundance calculated using Lackey Drop Microtransect Counting Chamber Method. Chrysophyceae distribution patterns were analyzed by Morisita Index. The degree of similarity between the stations based abundance, horizontal distribution of Chrysophyceae, physical and chemical factors analyzed Cluster and continued with Simper. The correlation between the abundance and horizontal distribution of Chrysophyceae with physical and chemical factors were analyzed using multiple linear regression correlation. Chrysophyceae abundance obtained ranged 7,082-159,777 ind.l-1. The most abundant species Chrysophyceae is Cyclotella meneghiniana. Chrysophyceae horizontal distribution patterns are uniform. Cluster and Simper analysis of Chrysophyceae abundance obtained 30.56% similarity with the species that contributes inequality is Cyclotella meneghiniana. Cluster and Simper analysis of Chrysophyceae horizontal distribution obtained 9.47% similarity with the species that contributes inequality are Achnanthes brevipes, Amphiprora ovalis, andChaetoceros peruvianum. Cluster and Simper analysis results of physical and chemical factors obtained 86.09% similarity with factors that contribute inequality are silica and TSS. Correlation of Chrysophyceae abundance with physical and chemical factors are strong with correlation coefficient of 0.685 and determination coefficient of 47%, and regression equation Y = 1,856.850 – 55,478.220 (Penetration of Light) + 907.835 (Depht) + 2,909.913 (Temperature) + 94,891 (TSS) + 0,000 (pH)– 2,892.899 (DO)– 265.315 (BOD5)– 7601.391 (NO3) + 7,782,500.191 (PO4) + 55.107 (Si). Correlation between horizontal distribution of Chrysophyceae with physical and chemical factors are medium with correlation coefficient of 0.539 and determination coefficient of 29%, and regression equation Y = 1.610 + 0.467 (Penetration of Light) – 0.062 (Depht) – 0.086 (Temperature) – 0.028 (TSS) + 0.073 (DO) + 0.069 (BOD5) + 0.624 (NO3) + 109.336 (PO4)–0.001 (Si).
