PT Elnusa Tbk (ELNUSA), one of the leading national provider of energy
services, in the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) 2015 reported company
performance for the financial year ended on December 31, 2015 with positive achievements.
Supported by solid fundamental in the midst of a global and national slowdown in oil and gas
business activities, ELNUSA posted a Rp375 billion net profit in 2015.
This 2015 positive performance keep continued to the beginning of 2016. Elnusa has performed the best efforts in order to improve work efficiency and effectiveness combined with business developments and new market penetration. In the first quarter of 2016 Elnusa extended its momentum with a 44% growth in net profit compared to the same period last year, from previously Rp65 billion to Rp95 billion. This achievement demonstrated that ELNUSA remains stable to maintain its business performance.
As a result of this encouraging performance, Elnusa shareholders in the AGMS has agreed to distribute a 20% dividend of net income, or equivalent to Rp75 billion. The value of each dividend per share will approximately be at Rp10,2 and is planned to be paid in the beginning of June 2016 at the latest
In addition, the AGMS also approved the changes of the board of the Company with the appointment of o pa y’s e Preside t Dire tor a d Dire tor of Busi ess De elop e t. The oard of a age e t of the Company effective from the close of the AGMS are as follows:
