A process of gathering any information about all kind of activities that need to be supported by the new laboratory facilities
Conceptual Design
Generating a floor plan based on information gathered from Programming phase
Design Development
The design is further developed in detail: site plan, utility system, furniture, hardware, etc
Construction Documents
The project is completely documented with a set of construction documents to be approved then submitted to the appropriate building officials (Dinas Tata Kota or Dinas PU)
Bidding and Construction
After got approval from officials, the client should be able to launch the bidding and start the construction process
Commissioning
If needed, commissioning also can be conducted by a third party institution
