Konsep Small Office Home Office (SOHO) diprediksi akan menjadi trend yang

dicari kaum urban beberapa tahun ke depan. Konsep yang menggabungkan antara

hunian dan perkantoran ini dinilai dapat memberikan solusi bagi para pebisnis

untuk mengatasi kemacetan yang terjadi pusat kota, sehingga mereka tidak perlu

membuang waktu untuk pulang-pergi dari rumah ke kantor.

Belakangan banyak pengembang yang akhirnya membangun proyek SOHO,

salah satunya seperti Aldebaran Group yang tengah membangun Roseville SOHO &

Suite di BSD City, Tangerang Selatan.

Proyek SOHO yang rencananya akan rampung tahun 2017 tersebut ternyata

telah banyak yang melirik untuk membeli, semenjak dipasarkan akhir tahun 2014

lalu dari 143 unit SOHO yang disediakan kini sudah 90 persen yang laku terjual.

Menurut Direktur Utama Aldebaran Group Franciscus Lugito, banyaknya

pebisnis yang tertarik untuk membeli produknya tersebut karena keberadaan

SOHO ini bisa dijadikan solusi untuk mengatasi masalah kemacetan,. Tidak hanya

itu, SOHO dinilainya juga dapat dijadikan alternatif untuk mencari tempat kerja

yang murah dan efisien.

“Rata-rata pembeli SOHO kita adalah mereka yang bekerja di bidang industri

kreatif yang tidak banyak memiliki karyawan,” ujar Franciscus.

Hal senada juga disampaikan oleh Achmad Djaelani, President Director PT

Patra Bangun Properti. Pengembang dari proyek Padina Soho & Residence

tersebut mengatakan kedepannya nanti keberadaan SOHO akan menjadi trend

di kota-kota besar seperti Jakarta ini.

Bahkan Achmad juga mengatakan, bahwa konsep SOHO akan menggeser keberadaan dari ruko (rumah toko) sebagai tempat usaha. Soho akan

banyak diminati karena harga jualnya lebih murah dibandingkan ruko, tidak hanya itu fasilitas SOHO juga dinilai lebih baik jika dibandingkan ruko.

“Jika dibandingkan ruko fasilitas SOHO lebih lengkap dan nyaman salah satunya adalah sistem kemanan, berbeda dengan ruko yang keamanannya

masih harus ditangani sendiri,” ujar Achmad.
