Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material • Bersama ini kami sampaikan ralat atas Keterbukaan Informasi fakta material yang disampaikan melalui Surat No.
108/WBP/CORSEC/2022 perihal Laporan Informasi atau Fakta Material Pengumuman Pengakhiran Proses Penundaan Kewajiban Pembayaran Utang (PKPU) PT Waskita Beton Precast Tbk tanggal 11 Juli 2022 (“Surat Nomor 108”), sehubungan dengan Penyampaian Bukti Pengumuman Pengakhiran PKPU Perseroan.
• Dapat kami informasikan bahwa, perbaikan atas Laporan Informasi atau Fakta Material Pengumuman Pengakhiran Proses Penundaan Kewajiban Pembayaran Utang (PKPU) PT Waskita Beton Precast Tbk melalui Surat Nomor 108 adalah sebagai berikut :

Bahwa, sesuai dengan bunyi angka 4) Putusan Pengesahan Perdamaian Perkara PKPU 497, Eks Tim Pengurus PKPU 497 telah mendaftarkan dan mengumumkan pengakhiran PKPU 497 dalam Berita Negara Republik Indonesia (BNRI) pada hari Kamis, 7 Juli 2022 dan pada 2 (dua) surat kabar harian, yaitu Harian Terbit dan Koran Sindo, pada tanggal 8 Juli 2022.
• Menjadi :
Bahwa, sesuai dengan bunyi angka 4) Putusan Pengesahan Perdamaian Perkara PKPU 497, Eks Tim Pengurus PKPU 497 telah mendaftarkan dan mengumumkan pengakhiran PKPU 497 dalam Berita Negara Republik Indonesia (BNRI) pada hari Jumat, 8 Juli 2022 dan pada 2 (dua) surat kabar harian, yaitu Harian Terbit dan Koran Sindo, pada tanggal 8 Juli 2022.
• Perseroan berkomitmen dalam mengimplementasikan tata kelola perusahaan yang baik serta akan mengikuti segala proses hukum sesuai dengan ketentuan perundang-undangan yang berlaku dengan itikad baik.

108/WBP/CORSEC/2022 regarding Report of Information or Material Facts Announcement of Termination of the Debt Payment Obligation Suspension Process (PKPU) of PT Waskita Beton Precast Tbk dated July 11, 2022 (“Letter Number 108”), in connection with the Submission of Proof of Announcement of Termination of the Company's PKPU.
• We can inform you that, improvements to the Information Report or Material Facts Announcement of the Termination of the Debt Payment Obligation Suspension Process (PKPU) of PT Waskita Beton Precast Tbk through Letter Number 108 are as follows:

Ratification of Peace in the PKPU Case 497, the former PKPU 497 Management Team has registered and announced the termination of PKPU 497 in the State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia (BNRI) on Thursday, July 7 2022 and in 2 (two) newspapers daily newspaper, namely Harian Terbit and Koran Sindo, on July 8, 2022.
