To provide comprehensive maintenance service for (10) units of Noritsu “QSS-3201” and (15) units of “QSS-Green Standard Digital Photographic Minilab “.
Upon maintenance agreement, a monthly visit will be scheduled for three (3) years to all (10) units of “QSS-3201” and (15) units of “QSS-Green Standard Digital Photographic Minilab System “for Photography Branch (IPK), State IPK Police Headquarters.

B GENERAL AND MANDATORY SPECIFICATION
B.1 All specification are categorised as general unless otherwise stated. Failure to comply any of the Mandatory Specification (M) shall automatically disqualify the supplier. Any non-compliance of General (G) specification may be considered provided a satisfactory explanation is given.
C TECHNICAL SUPPORT
Monthly visits will include the checking and troubleshooting of the (10) units of “QSS-3201” and (15) units of “QSS-Green Standard Digital Photographic Minilab System “
Damage by natural causes (eg. Flood, Lightning), human error,
unauthorized service personal or damage by animal interference will not be warranted as stated by the supplier of the (10) units of “QSS-3201”
and (15) units of “QSS-Green Standard Digital Photographic Minilab System“.
Technical assistance within 48 hours will be provided during working days
Tenderer are requested to submit Authorization Letter from the principle
Company one (1) week after being awarded the tender. Maintenance service for (10) units of “QSS 3201” and (15) units of “QSS Green Standard Digital Photographic Minilab System” will include parts and services as below:

Adjust the paper advance position of the colorimeter
e) Calibration plate
Wipe the measurement area of the calibration plate gently using a firmly squeezed damp cloth

Checking the condition of advance belt for the print conveyor unit is not damaged and wipe the advance belt with a firmly-squeezed damp cloth
b) Air Filters
Clean up the air filter with the vacuum cleaner
c) Automatic Cleaning Pipe
Check whether or not any crystal stick to the openings of the automatic cleaning pipe
d) Dryer Rack
Check the condition of the rollers in the dryer rack if the rollers are dirty, clean the rollers with the firmly-squeezed damp cloth
e) Print Sensor
Cleaning the sensor with the blower brush and carrying out sensor adjustment
f) Dryer Select Sensor
Cleaning the sensor with the blower brush and carrying out sensor adjustment

h) Filter Cartridges
Replace the chemical filter if necessary i) Strainer
Cleaning the strainer with water

with water
k) Dryer drive chain
Lubricate the lubricating felt with the enclosed oil l) Float switch
Push the upper point of the float with a stick gently and check that the float moves up and down.

Maintenance Spare Parts
The tenderer MUST provide warranty for all the spare parts, which are covered in this maintenance contract.
Early Respond Time

Not more than 24 hours from the breakdown time, if there is a problem
the tenderer MUST present a full report on the spare parts or issues that should be solved or replaced within 2 days time.
Training
The tenderer must give one training session for 20 people on the basic
handling and basic maintenance requirements.
Bidding Condition
The tenderer must meet all mandatory requirements of the specification
otherwise they will be automatically disqualified.
