The objective of this research was to analyze genetic diversity of Oil Palm Clones based on RAPD used marker OPD-13, OPD-20 and OPM-01. This research was conduted at Plant Tissue Culture Laboratory, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Sumatera Utara, Medan, from March 2017 until June 2017. Genetic materials were 30 DNA stock of oil palm BTC-60 clone from PT. Socfindo. A total 13 bands were scored, with the range of band size was 405 bp – 2268 bp and average of polymorphism was 39,29%. Genetic distance measurement and dendrogram formation were analyzed using DARwin 6.0 software. Based on the analysis, 30 clones of oil palm grouped into 3 clusters with a total of molecular diversity was 65,89%. The range of dissimilarity coefficient was 0-0,24.

HERMANYANTO LAIA, 2017 : Analisis Keragaman Genetik Klon Kelapa Sawit (Elaeis guinnensis Jacq.) Plasma Nutfah PT. Socfindo Menggunakan Marka RAPD (Random Amplified Polymorphic DNA). Dibimbing oleh LOLLIE AGUSTINA P. PUTRI dan KHAIRUNISA LUBIS.
Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui keragaman genetik klon kelapa sawit plasma nutfah PT. Socfindo berdasarkan marka Random Amplified Polymorphic DNA (RAPD) menggunakan primer OPD-13, OPD-20 dan OPM-01. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Laboratorium Kultur Jaringan Tanaman, Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Sumatera Utara, Medan, dimulai dari bulan Maret 2017 hingga Juni 2017. Materi genetik yang dianalisis merupakan 30 stok DNA kelapa sawit klon BTC-60 dari PT. Socfindo. Didapatkan 13 pita dengan ukuran berkisar antara 369 bp – 2586 bp dan rataan persentase polimorfisme 39,29%. Perhitungan jarak dan pembentukan dendrogram dilakukan menggunakan software DARwin 6.0. Hasil analisis tersebut menunjukan bahwa 30 klon tersebut terbagi atas 3 kelompok utama dengan total keragaman molekuler 65,89%. Koefisien jarak genetik berkisar antara 0-0,24.
