I.A. Vacuum Unit

The frame is made of electro welded sheet stiffened to withstand the vacuum. The frame is lined with soundproof material to shot down the noise. Several opening allow the access to the internal parts:

I.B. Sleeve Chamber:

The air/material mixture comes into the filter chamber in the lower part where the heaviest dust falls to the bottom.

The lighter dusts are conveyed by the air to the sleeves where they are stopped.

The inspection and maintenance operations are easy. Thes leeves can be extracted from the top of the machine. The sleeve filter type

allows a great filtering surface (springs maintain the sleeves completely outstretched) and

hence a very slow air velocity.

The sleeves# cleaning is done by injection air flow.

The cleaning cycle is started each 10 minutes and is programmable. The air to lead this special cleaning device is supplied by a costumer, is not included in the equipment.

I.C. Safety Cartridges Filter

The safety cartridge has got a 10 m² surface. It is installed upward blower for avoid the incoming of particles into the lobes case damaging it.

I.D. Integrated 1,3 m3 / 2 tons hopper with discharging butterfly valve:

In electro welded steel, it is fixed and can be handled by a fork lift. It is provided of a discharging system by means of butterfly valve with manual operating.
