ABSTRACT
"How to maintain the business relationships with buyers in foreign countries of briquettes?" It is a question of discussion of this research. This study aims to explain how to maintain a business relationships with foreign buyers. This study used a qualitative method with resource persons Mr. Erwadi Rahardjo, coconut shell charcoal of briquettes owner business in Tingkir, Salatiga, Central Java.
