b. Industrial Training report must contain the following: - Front page :
- The skin must be in the official colors of the Faculty (Maroon) - Name and Code course (Industrial Training)
- Name, No. matrix
- Name Faculty Supervisor - Supervisor Industry
- Duration and date of execution
- Name of company / organization / industry - Table of Contents (maximum 2 pages) - Acknowledegment (1 page)
- Chapter 1: Introduction (7-10 pages) - Chapter 2: Profile (5-7 pages)
- Chapter 3: Project / Assignment (20-25 pages) - Description of the project / assignment
- Implementation of the project / assignment
- The project / assignment (including presentation of figures, photographs and tables) - Problems faced and overcome
- Chapter 4: Conclusion (5-10 pages) - Analysis of the training
- Skills acquired - Increased knowledge
- Weakness and how to improve
- Chapter 5: Recommendations and Roadmap (5-7 pages) - Recommendation
