B. TUJUAN PEMBELAJARAN

Melalui serangkaian kegiatan pembelajaran, siswa dapat:

1) Mengidentifikasi tujuan komunikatif, struktur umum dan fitur kebahasaan teks report tentang fenomena Covid-19 secara akurat.

2) Menganalisis teks report tentang fenomena Covid 19 menggunakan tabel analisis. 3) Mempresentasikan hasil analisis dengan baik.

4) Membentuk karakter: disiplin, peduli dan komunikatif. C. MATERI PEMBELAJARAN

Persiapa: Guru meminta siswa mengakses aplikasi pembelajaran pada jadwal yang disepakati. Mengunggah bahan ajar teks report 1 & 2, dan tugas di aplikasi pembelajaran Kegiatan

1) Guru memberi salam (greeting), mengajak siswa berdoa dan memeriksa kehadiran.

2) Guru memberi motivasi belajar siswa secara kontekstual sesuai manfaat dan aplikasi materi ajar dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, dengan memberikan contoh dan perbandingan lokal, nasional dan internasional;

3) Guru mengajukan tentang kaitan antara pengetahuan sebelumnya dengan materi yang akan dipelajari;

4) Guru menjelaskan tentang tujuan pembelajaran atau kompetensi dasar yang akan dicapai serta menyampaikan cakupan materi dan uraian kegiatan sesuai silabus serta sistim penilaian.

Covid-19 is the disease caused by the new coronavirus that emerged in China in December 2019.

Covid-19 symptoms include cough, fever or chills, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, muscle or body aches, sore throat, new loss of taste or smell, diarrhea, headache, new fatigue, nausea or vomiting and congestion or runny nose. COVID-19 can be severe, and some cases have caused death.

The new coronavirus can be spread from person to person. It is diagnosed with a laboratory test.

There is no coronavirus vaccine yet. Prevention involves frequent hand-washing, coughing into the bend of your elbow, staying home when you are sick and wearing a cloth face covering if you can't practice physical distancing.

Most people infected with the COVID-19 virus will experience mild to moderate respiratory illness and recover without requiring special treatment. Older people, and those with underlying medical problems like cardiovascular disease, diabetes, chronic respiratory disease, and cancer are more likely to develop serious illness.

The best way to prevent and slow down transmission is to be well informed about the COVID-19 virus, the disease it causes and how it spreads. Protect yourself and others from infection by washing your hands or using an alcohol based rub frequently and not touching your face.

The COVID-19 virus spreads primarily through droplets of saliva or discharge from the nose when an infected person coughs or sneezes, so it’s important that you also practice respiratory etiquette (for example, by coughing into a flexed elbow)
