Syllabus update

Cambridge IGCSE

First Language Thai (0518)

(for examination in June 2018, 2019 and 2020)

We have updated this syllabus. The latest syllabus is version 3, published February, 2016.

A change has been made to the ‘Assessment at a Glance’ section on page 7. In Paper 1 Reading and

Directed Writing, candidates write a response of 250-350 words.

Previous updates to the syllabus, version 2, were published November, 2015.

A minor change has been made to the grade descriptions table on page 10 of the syllabus.

The ‘F’ grade descriptor title for writing now reads:
