KEMAMPUAN MOTORIK SISWA KELAS ATAS SD NEGERI II WIJIREJO PANDAK BANTUL YOGYAKARTA TAHUN AJARAN 2014/2015

ABSTRAK
Kemampuan motorik yang baik akan mempermudah siswa dalam mengikuti semua proses pendidikan jasmani. Dengan banyaknya pengalaman gerak yang dilakukan siswa Sekolah Dasar akan menambah kematangan dalam melakukan aktivitas gerak motorik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar tingkat kemampuan motorik siswa kelas atas SD Negeri II Wijirejo Pandak Bantul Yogyakarta tahun ajaran 2014/2015.
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas atas di SD Negeri II Wijirejo Pandak Bantul yang terdiri atas 3 kelas yang berjumlah 77 anak. Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan metode tes kemampuan motorik kelas atas oleh Temu Hartana diantaranya, kecepatan dengan validitas sebesar 0,9890 dan realibilitas sebesar 0,9601, kelincahan dengan validitas 0,9810 dan realibilitas 0,9569, power tungkai dengan validitas 0,9790 dan realibilitas 0,9477, keseimbangan dengan validitas 0,93330 dan realibilitas 0,8680, dan koordinasi dengan validitas 0,9730 dan realibilitas 0,06117. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik deskriptif kualitatif dengan persentase.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kemampuan motorik siswa kelas atas SD Negeri II Wijirejo Pandak Bantul Yogyakarta tahun ajaran 2014/2015 sebagian baik dalam kategorisedangsebanyak 49,4%. Sisanya memiliki kemampuan pada kategori baik sekali sebanyak 2,6%, kategori baik sebanyak 27,3%, kategori kurang sebanyak 14,3% dan kategori kurang sekali sebanyak 6,5%. Tingkat Kemampuan Motorik Siswa Kelas Atas dapat dijelaskan oleh beberapa kemampuan diantaranya: kecepatan sebagian besar dalam kategori sedang sebanyak 38 siswa (49,4%), kelincahan sebagian besar dalam kategori kurang sebanyak 25 siswa (32,5%), power Tungkai sebagian besar dalam kategori baik sebanyak 27 siswa (35,1%), koordinasi sebagian besar dalam kategori kurang sebanyak 30 siswa (39,0%), dan keseimbangan sebagian besar dalam kategori sedang sebanyak 31 siswa (40,3%).
SENIOR STUDENTS‘ MOTORIC ABILITY OF SD NEGERI II WIJIREJO, PANDAK, BANTUL, YOGYAKARTA IN THE ACADEMIC YEAR OF 2014/2015
ABSTRACT
Great motoric ability will aid the students in participating in all physical education learning process. With the high frequency of motion performed, the elementary school students will get some experience of motoric movement activities. This study tends to figure out the level of motoric ability of the senior students in SD Negeri II Wijirejo, Pandak Bantul, Yogyakarta in the academic year of 2014/2015.
This study was a descriptive study using a quantitative approach. The population in this study was all senior students in SD Negeri II Wijirejo, Pandak, Bantul that consisted of three classes with the total of 77 students. The research instrument used motoric skills tests by Temu Hartana, as the speed with the validity at 0.9890 and reliability at 0.9601, as the agility with the validity at 0.9810 and reliability at 0.9569, as power leg with the validity at 0.9790 and reliability at 0.9477, as the balance with the validity at 0.93330 and reliability at 0.8680, and the coordination with the validity at 0.9730 and reliability at 0.06117. The data analysis techniques in this study were using descriptive qualitative technique with percentages.
Based on the results of the study, it shows that the level of motoric ability of senior students from SD Negeri II Wijirejo Pandak Bantul, Yogyakarta in the academic year of 2014/2015 mostly is in a moderate level as it is shown by 49.4% of the students are in the moderate category. The rest of the students are included in several categories such as 2.6% of the students are in very good category, 27.3% of the students are in good category, 14.3% of the students are in poor category, and 6.5% of the students are in very poor category. The level of senior students’ motoric ability can be explained in several things such as: the speed, most of the students are in moderate category as many as 38 students (49.4%), the agility, most of the students are in poor category with the total of 25 students (32.5%), the power leg, most of the students are in good category with the total of 27 students (35.1%), the coordination, most of the students are in the poor category as many as 30 students (39.0%), and the balance, most of the students are in the moderate category as many as 31 students (40.3%).
