• That the 11th ASP adopted eight resolutions on complementarity; cooperation; independent oversight mechanism; permanent premises; victim and reparation; amendment to the Rules of Procedure and Evidence; the Omnibus
Resolution; and budget for 2013.
• That the ICC is facing a difficult period due to budget cut proposed by the G6 countries.
• That the OTP is going to focus on gender-based violence and violence against children as her main priority.

• That the ASP appointed the nine members of the Advisory Committee on Nominations of judges from Brazil, Japan, Canada, Uganda, Slovenia, Argentina, Hungary, Germany and Gambia.
• That Mr. James K. Steward from Canada is selected as the new deputy prosecutor for a term of nine years.
• That the ASP selected five members of the Board of
Directors of the Trust Fund for Victims, for a three-year term from Democratic Republic of the Congo, Japan, Finland, Ecuador and Latvia.
• The next ASP is going to amend the ICC rules of procedure (The Hague, November 2013).
