LANTIKAN DI BAWAH SEKSYEN 12 APPOINTMENT UNDER SECTION 12
Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 12 Kanun Tanah Negara,
maka inilah Pihak Berkuasa Negeri bagi Negeri Kedah Darul Aman melantik
pegawai dalam Jadual yang tersebut di bawah ini kepada jawatan yang bertentangan
dengan namanya bagi maksud Kanun yang tersebut di dalam dan bagi Negeri
Kedah Darul Aman dari tarikh yang dinyatakan di sebelahnya:
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 12 of the National Land Code,
the State Authority of the State of Kedah Darul Aman hereby appoints the
officers in the Schedule hereto the post appearing against his names for the
purposes of the said code in and for the State of Kedah Darul Aman with effect
from the date shown against the names:

NOTICE OF DEMAND ARREARS OF RENT
Kepada Ramai Projek Sdn. Bhd. yang beralamat di Lot 2733 Mukim Pengkalan
Kundor Simpang Empat, Alor Setar, Kedah tuan punya tanah yang tersebut
dalam ruangan satu dan dua dalam Jadual di bawah ini.
Bahawasanya hasil yang dikenakan bagi tanah yang tersebut dan yang kena
dibayar bagi tahun ini telah tidak dibayar dan adalah terhutang mulai dari 1 Jun.
Tuan/puan adalah dengan ini dikehendaki, dalam tempoh tiga bulan dari
tarikh notis ini disampaikan, supaya membayar di Pejabat Tanah daerah ini/di
Pejabat Tanah Kota Setar, Kompleks Pentadbiran Daerah dan Tanah Kota Setar,
Persiaran Taman Jubli Emas, Jalan Suka Menanti, 05150 Alor Setar, Kedah
segala wang yang sekarang ini kena dibayar sebagaimana yang tercatat dalam
ruangan tiga hingga enam dalam Jadual itu dan yang dijumlahkan dalam ruangan
akhirnya.
Dan lagi adalah diberi notis bahawa, jika jumlah yang dinyatakan di ruangan
akhir itu tidak dibayar dengan sepenuhnya dalam tempoh tiga bulan yang tersebut
itu, maka saya yang bertandatangan di bawah ini, menurut kuasa-kuasa yang
diberi oleh seksyen 100, Kanun Tanah Negara, akan mengisytiharkan dengan
jalan perintah tanah yang berkenaan itu dirampas dan menjadi hak Pihak Berkuasa
Negeri.

columns of the Schedule below.
Whereas the rent reserved on the said lands and due in respect of the current
year is unpaid and, with effect from the 1st day of June in arrear.
You are hereby required, within three months of the date of the service of
this notice, to pay *the Land Office of this district/at Kompleks Pentadbiran
Daerah dan Tanah Kota Setar, Persiaran Taman Jubli Emas, Jalan Suka Menanti,
05150 Alor Setar, Kedah all the sums now due as entered in the 3rd – 6th
Columns of the Schedule and totalled in the final column thereof.
And take notice that, if *the total/any of the totals specified in the final
column is not paid in full within the said period of three months, then I the
undersigned, by virtue of the powers conferred by section 100 of the National
Land Code, shall by order declare *the land in question forfeit to the State
Authority.

Sekiranya tuan ada sebab mempercayai bahawa tuan punya bagi tanah yang
dijadualkan di atas itu dan yang atasnya tuan ada hak mempunyai atau menuntut
sesuatu kepentingan akan mungkir daripada membayar wang-wang yang sekarang
ini ditetapkan sebagai kena dibayar berkenaan dengannya maka tuan/puan boleh
mengelakkan tanah itu daripada dirampas dengan membayar sepenuhnya kepada
Pentadbir Tanah, dalam tempoh yang dinyatakan itu, jumlah wang yang kena
dibayar berkenaan dengan tanah itu.
Dan lagi adalah diberi notis bahawa (dengan tidak melemahkan apa-apa hak
di bawah seksyen itu untuk mendakwa tuan punya itu secara terus) menurut
kuasa peruntukan-peruntukan seksyen 98, Kanun Tanah Negara, hak-hak istimewa
bagi mendapat balik bayaran-bayaran adalah seperti berikut—
(a) apa-apa wang yang dibayar oleh pemegang gadai hendaklah ditambahkan
kepada bayaran yang pertama yang kena dibayar kemudian daripadanya
atas gadaian itu;
(b) apa-apa wang yang dibayar oleh pemajak, pemajak kecil atau pun
penyewa boleh didapatkan balik dengan memotong jumlah wang itu
daripada apa-apa sewa yang ia kena membayar pada masa itu atau
kemudian daripada itu kepada tuan punya tanah itu atau kepada sesiapa
yang daripadanya tanah itu dipegang;
(c) seseorang pemajak, pemajak kecil atau penyewa yang menanggung
apa-apa tanggungan tambahan atau apa-apa potongan menurut seksyen
itu boleh mendapat balik jumlah wang yang ditanggung atau dipotong
itu dengan membuat potongan sejumlah itu juga daripada jumlah
bayaran sewa yang kena dibayar olehnya.

Should you have reason to believe that the proprietor of that land schedule
above in which you possess or claim an interest will make default in payment
of the sums now declared due thereon, you may avoid the forfeiture of such
land by paying in full to the Land Administrator, within the time specified, the
total specified in respect of that land.
And take notice that (without prejudice to any right under that section to sue
the proprietor direct) the following special rights of recovery exist by virtue
of the provisions of sections 98 of the National Land Code—
(a) any sum paid by a chargee shall be added to the first payment
thereafter due under the charge;
(b) any sum paid by a lessee, sub-lessee or tenant may be recovered by
deducting the amount of such sum from any rent then or thereafter
due from him to the proprietor or other person under whom the land
is held;
(c) any lessee, sub-lessee or tenant who incurs any additional liability or
suffers any deduction under the section may recover the amount of
such liability or deduction by making a corresponding deduction from
the amount of the rent payable by him.
TAMBAHAN/SUPPLEMANT
Kepada Ooi Eik Hong (K/P 580201-02-5831), yang beralamat di No. 9 Taman
Seri Ampang, 05050 Alor Setar, Kedah pemegang gadai/pemegang pajak/pemegang
pajak kecil/Penyewa/pemegang lien/pengkaveat/Pemegang isemen.
Sekiranya tuan/puan ada sebab mempercayai bahawa tuan punya bagi tanah
yang dijadualkan di atas itu dan yang atasnya tuan/puan ada hak mempunyai
atau menuntut sesuatu kepentingan akan mungkir daripada membayar
wang-wang yang sekarang ini ditetapkan sebagai kena dibayar berkenaan dengannya
maka tuan/puan boleh mengelakkan tanah itu daripada dirampas dengan membayar
sepenuhnya kepada Pentadbir Tanah, dalam tempoh yang dinyatakan itu, jumlah
wang yang kena dibayar berkenaan dengan tanah itu.
Dan lagi adalah diberi notis bahawa (dengan tidak melemahkan apa-apa hak
di bawah seksyen itu untuk mendakwa tuan punya itu secara terus) menurut
kuasa peruntukan-peruntukan seksyen 98, Kanun Tanah Negara, hak-hak istimewa
bagi mendapat balik bayaran-bayaran adalah seperti berikut—
(a) apa-apa wang yang dibayar oleh pemegang gadai hendaklah ditambahkan
kepada bayaran yang pertama yang kena dibayar kemudian daripadanya
atas gadaian itu;
(b) apa-apa wang yang dibayar oleh pemajak, pemajak kecil atau pun

NOTICE OF REVERSION TO THE STATE
Bahawasanya, menurut peruntukan-peruntukan seksyen *100/129, Kanun Tanah
Negara, tanah yang dijadualkan di bawah ini telah dengan jalan perintah
diisytiharkan dirampas menjadi hak Pihak Berkuasa Negeri.
Notis adalah dengan ini diberi bahawa perlucuthakan tersebut telah berkuat
kuasa pada hari ini dan bahawa, oleh kerana tanah itu menjadi kepunyaan Pihak
Berkuasa Negeri—
(a) apa-apa jua hakmilik atau kepentingan atas tanah itu yang dahulunya
ada atau yang boleh timbul adalah dipadamkan; dan
(b) suratan hakmilik yang dikeluarkan bagi tanah itu adalah tidak sah dan
boleh dirampas oleh Kerajaan.
Whereas, pursuant to the provisions of section *100/129 of the National Land
Code, the land scheduled below has by order been declared forfeit to the State
Authority.
Notice is hereby given that such forfeiture has this day taken effect and that,
in consequence of its vesting in the State Authority—
(a) any title or interest in the land heretofore subsisting or capable of
arising is extinguished; and
(b) the issue document of title to the land is void and is impoundable by
the State.

Kepada Mohd A’Kashalf bin Yaacob beralamat di 809-E Mukim 13, Sungai
Nibong, Bayan Lepas, 11900 Pulau Pinang dan atas permintaannya Kaveat
Persendirian No. 274/2007 dimasukkan ke dalam hakmilik bagi tanah yang
diperihalkan dalam Jadual di bawah ini.
Bahawasanya kaveat di atas itu adalah dimaksudkan supaya mengikat tanah
itu sendiri diperihalkan dalam Jadual tersebut.
Dan bahawasanya Kamal bin Hassan telah membuat permohonan kepada
saya supaya kaveat yang tersebut itu dipotong.
Adalah diberi notis bahawa, pada menjalankan kuasa-kuasa yang diberi oleh
seksyen 326, Kanun Tanah Negara, saya akan, apabila habis tempoh dua bulan

Lepas, 11900 Pulau Pinang at whose instance Private Caveat Registered No.
274/2007 is entered upon the title to the land described in the Schedule below.
Whereas the above caveat is expressed to bind the land itself/the particular
interest described in the said Schedule.
And whereas Kamal bin Hassan *the proprietor of the land has applied to
me for the removal of the said caveat.
Take notice that, in exercise of the power conferred by section 326 of the
National Land Code, I shall, at the expiry of the period of two month from the
date of service of this notice, or of such further period (if any) as the Court
may order, remove the caveat.
